That is very compelling evidence. Actually if people would carefully go through the modern versions comparing them to the KJB they would discover hundreds of such errors (about 1,700 are doctrinally significant). The fact that Acts 8:37 is missing and its absence renders the passage incomprehensible is another good example. I could post many more but those who are committed to the counterfeit will simply ignore all the discrepancies. Such is the power of Satanic deception.
Satanic Deception 100% Correct, From The Father Of Lies!

Genesis 3:1-5KJV
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Actually, what is the actual story behind Acts 8:37? Why do so many versions exclude that verse?
Because the new versions NIV, ESV, RSV
Follow the Greek Text (Novum Testamentum Graece) That Follows The (Alexandrian Text Type) 1% Minority Of Manuscript Evidence, From The Philosophical Schools In Alexandria Egypt, WhereHeretics Such As Origen and Arius Attended.

To boot, 5 people behind closed doors created this (Novum Testamentum Graece) Adulterers Kurt Aland, Barbara Aland, and Homosexual union supporter, Catholic Jesuit Cardinal (Carlo Maria Martini) accounted for 3 of them

Yes the Jehovah's Witnesses (New World Translation) also follows this (Alexandrian Text Type) in removing the verses mentioned.

The King James Version, closely followed the Majority of manuscript evidence, in the received Greek Text, that was widely distributed, used and received by the historical church throughout Europe and the known world.

The Holy Spirit is the ONE that gives ALL the answers.... No one can learn, know or fully understand God’s Word except by The Holy Spirit.

Even if I knew Hebrew and Greek and could read ALL of the old manuscripts, I still would know NOTHING unless The Holy Spirit gave understanding.
If you were on a deserted, remote island with the NIV as your only known source, you would never know Matthew 17:21, Matthew 18:11, Acts 8:37, Romans 16:24 because they don't exist, removed.

If you don't know Greek and cannot read the manuscripts then you are going to rely on the expertise of those translators who decided which manuscripts had more authority. For instance an older manuscript with 72 might outweigh a newer one with 70.

I am not sure after listening to all the reasons why some say the manuscripts with 72 are to be relied on over the ones that say 70 and I don't have enough knowledge in the Greek or on the history of the manuscripts in question to make my own decision on that.

So why was KJV so special to include it?
His translation gives it a footnote, because it used the (Novum Testamentum Graece) that follows the (Alexandrian Text) from Egypt, from the philosophical schools that (Removed It) the 1% minority of manuscript evidence, that supports new translations, NIV, NASB, ESV, RSV, ASV, JW's New World Translation

meaning 'blinded' to see past it
holding a Bible translation as a mark of strength and spiritual maturity is fiction. Christendom is not venerating their Bibles. they simply want to understand their Bibles

now if you say the KJ is being venerated by its adherents, in many cases that would be true
The New Per-Versions NIV, NASB, ESV, JW's NWT, Etc are counterfeits of Gods words, supported by a Greek Text (Novum Testamentum Graece) that used the Greek (Alexandrian Text Type) from the philosophical schools in Alexandria Egypt, Origen, Arius, Heretics!

Yes the (Novum Testamentum Graece) was created by 5 humans behind closed doors, Adulterers Kurt and Barbara Aland, and homosexual union supporting Roman Catholic Jesuit Cardinal (Carlo Maria Martini) accounting for 3/5

No rocket science needed in that choice!

Oh so I did peg you right. You add to scripture.

apart from that common misrepresentation of God, you have no idea whatsoever or whom or what God will use if He so chooses.

You appear to desire to limit people so you can be the big boss. Might work in your corner of the woods, but certainly not where people are educated and desire truth. A common occurrence in cults and IMO, the King Jimmy fans certainly do demonstrate certain cultish behaviors.

Can A Rightly Divorced Person Remarry?
When the Bible permits divorce, it is so that the wronged or abandoned party may remarry. That’s what a certificate of divorce is. Therefore, in any case where a divorce is biblically permissible, it is by definition also permissible for the wronged or abandoned party to remarry. In Matthew 5:31-32 Jesus says:

It was also said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’ But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. (Matthew 5:31–32 ESV)

Here Jesus is simply saying that if a divorce is not legitimate, then the remarriage is not legitimate. If the divorce is legitimate (he uses the word pornea again), then the remarriage is legitimate.

Similarly the Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 7 that if the unbelieving spouse does not want to stay in the marriage and does not want to live with an active and obvious Christian, then the believer should let them go. In such cases the believer is not bound – that is to say they are free to remarry. The Pillar Commentary on 1 Corinthians 7 makes that point clearly:

Not bound here refers to freedom to remarry. Instone-Brewer explains: “The only freedom that makes any sense in this context is the freedom to remarry … [A]ll Jewish divorce certificates and most Greco-Roman ones contained the words ‘you are free to marry any man you wish,’ or something very similar.[2]

If the individual believer had Biblical grounds for divorce, then he or she is permitted to remarry – but only in the Lord (1 Corinthians 7:39).

I agree, Acts 8:37 removed, the only place the eunuch and the actual full process of hearing, confession of faith, and salvation is seen in the Holy Bible

Acts 8:37KJV
37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Romans 10:9-10KJV
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Why is that a "weak spot"?
Because you are deceived.
You are constantly accusing brothers both deceased and living of evil intentions and you are damaging the reputation
of the KJV which you think you are defending.

Using the most reliable and trustworthy Bible in the world is a mark of strength and spiritual maturity, since Christendom is venerating the modern versions as idols.
Which modern English version has a following that demands that version be used exclusively and insists all others are corrupt?
Name one. Why have none of these modern version venerators ever entered into these debates?

Book of Mormon & NWT are not admissible.

Actually, you should link Acts 8:37 to John 20:31, both are under the gospel of the kingdom.

The Eunuch did not say, "I believe Jesus Christ has risen from the dead", which is essential for Paul's gospel of grace.

None of the Bibles I have exclude it. They explain it.
These Onlyist accusers are the worst kind of liars. They bear false witness.

NIV Some manuscripts include here Philip said, ‘If you believe with all your heart, you may.’ The eunuch answered, ‘I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.’

CSB
Some mss include v. 37: Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart you may.” And he replied, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

EXB
|37 Philip answered, “If you believe with all your heart, you can.” The officer said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”|
Some Greek texts exclude the bracketed texts

NASB
Late mss add as v 37: And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

NET
A few later mss (E 36 323 453 945 1739 1891) add, with minimal differences in wording, 8:37 “He said to him, ‘If you believe with your whole heart, you may.’ He replied, ‘I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.’” Verse 37" is lacking in P45,74 א A B C 33 614 vg syp,h co. It is clearly not a part of the original text of Acts. The variant is significant in showing how some in the early church viewed the necessity of a confession of faith.

No accusation, a fact that there were evil intentions In the Alexandrian Text Type, a Counterfeit of Gods words, and those who hat created the Novum Testamentum Graece, Adulterers and homosexual union supporters, unsaved individuals, driven by the spirit of the darkness of this world

Nobody worships the KJV as you claim, were just exposing the counterfeits, just as I would do taking money for a business I owned and operated, can you not handle the factual truth :)

New versions remove Acts 8:37, either in the main body of text, such as the NIV, ESV do, or in the footnotes as to be excluded.

I'm not KJVOnly, I speak and read spanish, the (Reina Valera Antigua 1569/1602) are Gods words in the Spanish language.

“Since it’s not in the text, is it part of scripture? Is this something I need to take in as truth? If it’s truth, why isn’t it in the text? I’m confused...”

God is not the author of confusion. His holy words are found in the text, in a book, for us to seek out and read.

Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

That's a legit argument I have gotten many times from all ages of people. "If it's not in the text, can it be trusted as the truth?" Why is that childish?

Isaiah 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

God didn't use Adulterers (Kurt and Barbara Aland), include homosexual union supporter (Carlo Maria Martini)

3/5 individuals behind closed doors, created the Greek Text (Novum Testamentum Graece) that supports modern translations, NIV,NASB, ESV, Etc

Adulterers cant be pastors to read the bible from the pulpit, let alone create the text for translations, that a pastor would read to lead and guide the church.

Hello and welcome to CC!

It is certainly unfortunate that Christians argue over this or any issue. However, I assure you that people on both sides of this debate believe this is important, though for very different reasons. If you are offended, I would just encourage you to consider this one thing: Who started it? Who started any of the many threads in which this has been argued? Consistently, it is the KJV-only crowd.

Let's put the blame where it rightly belongs. :)
I wouldn't use the word 'offended'. I just feel sad that so many are arguing about words in a book.

Jesus is the Word.
