You will closely note, Zechariah 14:16 & Isaiah 4:3-4 are "Parallel" readings of the same event, as Isaiah gives a clear account of those who are left, those who are found in the book of life, the final judgement has passed, eternity has begun "After" The Day Of The Lord

You will closely note in Isaiah 4:4 below, Jerusalem will be purged by the spirit of (Burning)

Zechariah 14:12KJV
12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Only The Righteous Are Left, The Book Of Life "Was" Opened (Every One That Is Written Among The Living)

Zechariah 14:16KJV
16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Isaiah 4:3-4KJV
3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:
4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

Read revelation 20 which details the 1000 year reign of Jesus and the Saints on earth.. Only after the end of the 1000 years will the end come.. You will read about satan being loosened from the bottomless pit at the end of the 1000 years and he shall go out and deceive the nations and lead them to attack Jerusalem and the camp of the Saints. God will destroy that army with fire and only then will the final judgement happen..

Do you disagree with the scripture, that clearly shows only the righteous are left after the day of the Lord in.Zechariah 14:1

Zechariah is talking about those who fight against Jerusalem being destroyed, and the ones from those Gentiles who receive mercy, not being destroyed by the plague.

Isaiah is talking about Jerusalem itself being purged of unrighteousness - daughters of Zion.

first the kingdom was preached to Israel

“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭

but this is how they received Christ and why Israel is to be purged so violently

“Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son. But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours. And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.

What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭12:6-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

so the kingdom was to be taken from the nation of Israel and given to others who would bear its fruit

“Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:43‬ ‭

I would say that nations citizens are being gathered from these folks and in this manner

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭

and those will be left but I think they are being gathered here

“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭7:9-10, 14-17‬ ‭

“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:22-24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭15:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

just my opinion but I’d say that is who is going to be left after the fire I believe he’s forming his nation and in the end those people will inhabit the new earth after the end comes

I pretty much agree 100%, those that are saved will inhabit New Jerusalem "After" the fire in judgement

The parable of the Husbandmen is right on target

Yes but isn't one about those outside of Jerusalem, not Jews, and the other about those in Jerusalem, Jews?

As described, only those written among the living will be left

Now you have two groups of people within Gods Kingdom, Jews and Gentiles?

The teaching you promote is (Dual Covenant Theology) not found in scripture, a false teaching of John N Darby 1850's and promoted by Adulterer C.I. Scofields 1909 reference bible, known as (Dispensationalism) (Christian Zionism)

I'm not *promoting* anything I'm just pointing out that one of those passages is clearly talking about non-Jews outside of Jerusalem, out of all the nations who gather together against Jerusalem, and the other passage is clearly talking about people in Jerusalem, Jews.

One is a prophecy about Israel and the other is a prophecy about the rest of the nations.

A Jew is any one who praises God, that is to say, one whose heart is right in the sight of God. It is not a denomination, it is the righteousness of believing God is and He is there.

thanks for the inquisitive thought provoking post and good spirit God bless

I think ultimately it is this being fulfilled

“And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭12:3‬ ‭

“And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:

And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:15-16, 18‬ ‭

“Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭3:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

see the covenant was made before the one made at Sinai ? The promise to Abraham based on Abraham’s faith is the eternal covenant , the eternal
Covenant in Christ is what produces Abraham’s children ( the true nation of Israel )

“For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:18-19, 23-

I’m sorry for the length but I feel as if this at least rudimentary shows a bit of the actual process of that chosen nation of Faith being created in Christ

the covenant made at Sinai was because the people refused to repent and obey by faith like Abraham did . The covenant of God us with Abraham , not abram but Abraham and not through ishmael but through Isaac the promised covenant

I believe the new covenant is what produces the citizens of Gods kingdom the true and eternal Israel in the heavens

again sorry for the length brother it’s actually what I’m in the middle of studying sominprobably
Am Overhsharing a bit with scripture

A Jew is any one who praises God, that is to say, one whose heart is right in the sight of God. It is not a denomination, it is the righteousness of believing God is and He is there.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,

and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11:6‬ ‭KJV‬

our purpose in life is also to seek after a deeper knowledge of him to seek after his righteousness offered in the gospel he should become our compass in life because we believe it’s our purpose and design in the world to seek him and find him he is always there

“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth,

and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being;

as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭17:26-28‬ ‭

Part of our place as man is to pursue the glory of God , to pursue his presence in our lives, Paul’s point there ends in repentance being necassary . This is because we can’t be living in sin on one hand , and be filled with the spirit of holiness on the other , as we repent we can begin to experience more of Gods presence opened up To us. Part of pursuing the lord and his righteousness is pursuing repentance and faithfulness

believing he is , and also that he greatly rewards those who seek after him by faith

Always interesting to see folks who know nothing pontificate about the end times.

Zech 14 is set in the millennial kingdom period. After all the judgments upon the earth those who have survived will worship Jesus Christ on His throne in Jerusalem. Those who do not will receive no rain.

Zechariah is talking about those who fight against Jerusalem being destroyed, and the ones from those Gentiles who receive mercy, not being destroyed by the plague.

Isaiah is talking about Jerusalem itself being purged of unrighteousness - daughters of Zion.
The verse is specifically talking about a population (He That Is Left) then it defines this population as being

(Everyone That Is Written Among The Living)?

Do you believe this is the book of life?

Isaiah 4:3-4KJV
3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

The Gentiles attacking Jerusalem ((which is Ezekiel 38)) are not the same people as the Jews inside Jerusalem being preserved and purified. The Spirit of Burning is the baptism with which Christ baptize, He who baptize with fire and restores and redeems the remnant, the Holy Ghost. That is not the same as the plague that destroys the wicked; that saved are not the unsaved.

So i just think you need more than a plague that melts the damned and a Spirit that sanctifies the saved to say these are the same people and same event.

I'm asking you to give me more evidence instead of repeating the same assertion, if you have a case to build, because I have valid criticism so far that ought to be answered.
That's all.
