What?! That's not up to us. Christ died for ALL sins of ALL people. It's already been done.
That is why Jesus' last words on the cross was: "It is finished", which in the Greek means "paid in FULL".
Your "reality" is not the reality of the Bible.
Everyone is "free to sin". Why do you think otherwise? Where do you get your notions from, since obviously not the Bible?

I can't imagine where you are coming from, but your posts are quite confused.

I would say most recognize God as Creator/believe in a higher being, but most do not recognize Jesus as God. End result is, according to traditional view the vast majority of humanity would go to hell.

Well, not to be rude would mean exlain it again. I have no problem repeating myself if someone didn't get or understand a post.
But that's just me.

Whatever works for you is great with me. Thanks.
The biblical view is that most will be cast into the lake of fire.
What is your view?

I have a hard time believing all the Holocaust victims went to hell, based on traditional view. I believe God will reveal Himself in some way to people who don't know or have doubts.
He already did.
Rom 1:19-21
19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
21 For even though they knewGod, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolishheart was darkened.
They are without excuse, just as v.20 says. As are all people.
your view seems mighty close to that of the universalists, who just cannot believe that God would send humans to an eternity in the lake of fire. Well, He does. They had no excuse.

What you quoted talks about God in general, which I believe even a nonbeliever (not atheist) would believe in, but doesn't specify Jesus. As I said earlier most people believe in a higher being but don't recognize Jesus.
It all has to start somewhere. It starts at Rom 1:19-21, where the person recognizes God as Creator.
Then we have Acts 17:27 - God did this (where and when he placed everyone) so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.
Then, there's this: Heb 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
This is where Cornelius came in. He did believe that God exists and that God rewards those who "earnestly seek Him". That's why Cornelius prayed to God regularly and gave alms to the poor.
And God did reward him. By sending Peter with the message of the gospel. Which he believed.
See how it all works?
Well, but Indiangirl agreed with my assessment. So . . . it seems clear that you have an elevated view of yourself, and your ability to know the Hearts of others better than they do themselves.
There's no way to compete with that kind of thinking other than to cast that ol' dust off of the feet . . . and move on. And I'll probably have to do that if you're bent on claiming that you know the thoughts of others better than the thinker themselves. Scary.
From your reckless and incorrect judgment about how I view myself, you have revealed your own heart.
Please cite and post and quote where I claimed or even insnuated that I know the thoughts of others better than the thinker themselves. That is pure garbage.

Yep. What I thought. You can't back up your claim. Cheers to you.

But the bottom line is that you cannot support or defend your claims.

Right! You are basically admitting that you have no idea what I've posted. So why did you make your ridiculous claims about my supposedly knowing the thoughts of others better than the thinker themselves?
But the bottom line is that you cannot support or defend your claims.
Another unsubstantiated claim.
I'd be rather embarrassed to make claims that I cannot defend or prove.
It seems rather common on these forums for those who can't defend their own views, nor refute views of others, to stoop to throwing out empty and unsubstantiated claims against the posters.
And I don't rest on "luck", as this poster suggests. I rest solely on the Word of God for my views. Which explains WHY posters who disagree cannot refute my views.
