Berean Study Bible Galatians 6:1
Brothers, if someone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him with a spirit of gentleness. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted.
amen the gentleness part is important , but the process is explained by Jesus it is to Be done in private between the person who thinks it’s important to mention they are to go privately not call a crowd

then later if it’s still bothering the believe sommuch of what the other is doing they are to take one or two other brothers and sisters privately again d try to convince the person that what they are doing is sin and it’s going to cost thier soul of they don’t repent

we aren’t supposed to create arguments and cast jidgements each other were
Meant to be talking about these two things in Jesus name

“And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:47‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I agree with the scripture you posted there there’s more to it like using discretion and doing things in private because the motive of your intercession is. Ot to jidge and point then out it’s motivated because you think what they are doing may cost thoer soul you care it’s got to be from love and according to truth

I forgot that after two go privately trying to convince the person , they are to then go to the cchurch leaders ( whoever they may be in whatever church we attend ) and the church leaders are to
Make a judgement ….but the thing is who’s filled with the Holy Spirit and actually called rimless the church ?

is it the people shouting people down and pointing out everyone’s sins calling that they repent ? Do the teachers and leaders among us understand this part ?

Be not many of you teachers, my brethren, knowing that we shall receive heavier judgment. For in many things we all stumble.

If any stumbleth not in word, the same is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also.”
‭‭James‬ ‭3:1-2‬ ‭ASV‬‬

if we start forgetting about our own flaws and become the ones everyone needs to agree with to be right then we are going to be judged much more strictly for our own flaws and sins

it’s good to help someone realize about sin and repentance but there’s a righteous way to approach it and it isn’t from a place of judgement and self approval

What does scripture say about restoring a believer in the walk, path?
a lot actually brother or sister I’m not positive

I was in a hurry earlier so I apologize for anything left quickly said please pardon

mainly the gentleness ( which I often lack myself but am working towards each day ) you recalled , also discretion , we aren’t supposed to do these types of things in public and among a group of believers.
but also the process for the church is here

“How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Step One “ Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone:

step two “ if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

Step three “And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:12-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The issue is we have so many churches with so many different judgements and how many are walking in the gospel the self to lead the church ? Who do we go to when we go to the church ?

that’s a serious question I’m seeking to have answered and am seeking to find the church with the holy spirits authority.

We do try to reach the lost and the afraid with the gospel message, and many are unaware that what they are doing is sin. I never forget how flawed I am because of sin, but I also never forget what was used with me when I was confronted to determine exactly what my sins were.

What would you do, or recommend someone else do, if someone asked: "Tell me, what specifically is sin, and why should I turn from it?"
what I personally would tell them ? Or what scriptures would I point to ?

if it was just a Brief conversation and they asked me I would tell them regarding actions ? “ sin is when you knowingly do wrong to another person , or when you know the right thing to do and you refuse to do it it is sin “

so its sin to do harm to others

“Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and also when we know the good thing to do and then refuse to do it it’s sin

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And why should they repent ? Because after we pass away from the earth , we all have to stand before Jesus and account for all the good and also bad we have done in life.

that would be if I was asked in passing and not involving scripture but if I were in a forum with scripture I’d also add the scripture that says those things to show why I personally believe them

so why should we repent ?

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;

but we are made manifest unto God;
and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And if they were an appreciator of Old Testament witness of this I would add this

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭12:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And I would invite them to consider what e scripture says maybe even prayerfully and then I’d pray for the person who asked me the question that God would trim thoer hearts against sin and toward the light

then I would forget about whatever sin I perceived and move on hoping they asked more at a later time about a more helpful subject like remission of sins

I honestly feel like most people who really turn to Jesus already know they are not perfect and want to change because they already believe in hell
And heaven so I find it’s much more helpful to talk about the things Jesus said can save us and change our hearts and grant us repentance

it’s not a work we do it’s a gift from believing the truth

Christians should Make judgements about all things pertaining to thier own life based on Gods word ,because they will Be the one to answer for all those things we control and choose and do and say

but in order to correct and judge others , we need to look in the mirror first and see if we ourselves can agree with Jesus Christ before we think to correct others regarding the truth . What I’ve found is almost everyone that is judge mental towards others will avoid what Jesus taught and explain why it doesn’t apply.

notice judging others isn’t just “ frowned upon “ There’s a consequence also for judging others according to the Lord I mean not theology agreed upon by people but just what Jesus said was salvation when he taught it

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged:

and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye,

but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:1-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If we want to set judgement for others we need to first see if we can even listen to Gods word without rejecting it could you sit among believers and hear the sermon on the Mount and believe ?

this is a small sample

“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also. And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:3-12, 22, 28-29, 32, 39-48‬ ‭

if we can hear things like this and go away feeling we don’t have a pretty large plank in our vision , and a lot of room to repent and turn to his ways and accept that we need Tim learn about forgiveness and mercy like he said to be saved because we’re already sinners we need to change our judgement over to Jesus judgements like above I think we are fit to judge people when we can walk out the gospel in our own life

or if we have to explain why Jesus words don’t have any meaning and we don’t need to hear and believe his word to have godly judgement in that case we’re just avoiding the truth and pretending because we can’t face it

but then if it humbled us to hear the gospel preaching of the lord Jesus , and made us think “Maybe I’m not as righteous and obedient to the gospel as I reckoned myself before I heard and believed the lord “

of it makes us think “ I really
Need a lot of help and mercy from the lord spirit to change my ways , to his ways , because I don’t fit the bill yet but I believe “

then we are going to find eternal
Life by faith and realize we’re not meant to judge each other’s sins , edify yes , point to Gods call to repentance for all Of us yes. Discuss price talk some terrible thing someone did , yes

go around with a judge mental attitude and spirit as if we are something special and better than those sinners over there or someone needs to believe in me to be saved , emphatically NO

Christians will Never judge you by your sins they will be telling you about Jesus who is able to take those sins away that’s my take I’m nOt fit to judge anyone else in Christ , but I do personally know the judge like you do 😍🙏😇 and he’s given his judgements that can change our thinking and ways. If we hear and believe we can receive good judgement

and it’s great because only Jesus can judge you others can make the attempt but it’s just thier own avoidance of the gospel truth

we should look to the things Jesus taught about salvstion and turn our understanding and faith towards him
I think you may be mixing up judging by being a hypocrite. Thats what all those pieces of scripture are referring to, especially the log in the eye. because don't forget, Jesus actually called upon us to judge as well...
"Judge them by their fruits"
I think you might also be attaching judgement to hate. Some people do and we should try our best not to do that

Now who's judging others? Not sure what you mean by "rimless" but you want to have your cake and eat it too.

Christians must make judgments all the time. Not with respect to a person's internal condition (which only God knows), but what is seen and heard on the outside.

So... how do you identify a situation where you would begin this process without having judged someone's actions as sinful?

With respect, please do not make posts such as this. There is no need to do so, and imagine the silliness that would result if everyone did that.

This site will keep track of your reading progress. When you click on the thread title in the forum list, the system will automatically take you to the oldest post that appeared since you had the thread open.

Galatians 6:1
Berean Study Bible
"Brothers, if someone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him with a spirit of gentleness. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted."
Real Christians have a conscience. Over the years, I've been corrected a number of times. It was done in love and I am thankful now. I can't say that I was so happy at the time. Lord Jesus came to set captives free. Being a slave to pride or rebellion, hate or unforgiveness, bitterness and resentment and such is to be in bondage.

Sometimes we see problems and we take them to the Lord. That's the best way. Sometimes we are blind and we need someone else to point it out. I've been helped both ways. Seeing it yourself is a good thing, as long as we don't get so overcome by problems that they become larger than God's grace. Satan is the accuser of the brethren, not God.

If problems were dealt with early in the Christian's life, it makes it easier down the track. Getting saved is the easiest thing there is. It's God's work. Being set free (the salvation of the soul) is a lifetime work and can be traumatic. To be born again costs nothing. To be spiritual costs everything. Some have allowed the log to be taken out of their eyes. They are qualified to help others.

We dare not become self righteous pharisees seeking to correct every perceived flaw in everyone's character. Lord Jesus is the Author and finisher of our faith. But there are times when it is necessary to rebuke or correct someone. Paul was not afraid to point out Peter's hypocrisy. Peter did not turn away from Paul, instead he accepted the rebuke. Sure it's hard. We risk losing a brother if we correct him. But it is better than watching him fall into deeper sin and creating more grief for himself.

I regularly pray for wisdom. We all need it when dealing with the brethren.
the apostles have the authority given by Jesus to judge is the thing we can’t assume the roles of the judges they were given

so what happened between Peter and Paul is probably different given this part

“And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭19:28‬ ‭

there is. O scripture to at sets the church I’ve one another or in a judgement seat over another Christian

Our names won’t be here Paul and peters will be

“And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Peter and Paul raised ten dead and healed the sick by the power of Gods spirit they were given by Gid the roles they were given to teach us

Your example may be relevant in the case of interacting with the unsaved, but it is completely unhelpful with regard to interacting with fellow Christians, particularly on this forum.
ahh so probably any response I offered from scripture would be irrelevant I still think that’s a perfect example of one person judging another person in the presence of Jesus Christ

here’s another perfect example of having a judgemental heart even in prayer folks judge others and exalt themself to judge of the other watch who is the one who gets justified the one who was judging himself not the other guy

“Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭18:10-14‬ ‭

even in prayer some judge others and some judge thier own self and follow mercy

listen you guys are all free to rebuke and correct people I’m not saying you aren’t free to assume that role I’m saying this part

“Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.

And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

my point is that if we want to be the ones keeping others in line we better be walking a really straight line according to the word of God first and I personally still stumble and swerve sometimes so I’m not going to pretend I have any judgement over someone others can I’m not gonna go there

I also am not subject to anyone else’s judgement which is I think tbt issue some of us see ourself as filled with the Holy Spirit bit all the others they are subject to our judgement we only are judged by God but they “were supposed to jidge because were spiritual they aren’t “

I don’t see it that way I think anyone who believes and is baptized has the spirit and has only the one judge and those he himself appoints. Which we can know who they are because they will be doing thy works of the judges filled with the Holy

The repentance he’s talking about is for the ones judging others and then sometime they end up song the same things condemning their self by the judgement they make of others

it’s nothing to me if others are the judges I’m just making the point when people do that it doesn’t hold Gods authority , and it only is then judging their self the other persons going to be judged by Jesus and thier faith in him

"Judge them by their fruits"
I think you might also be attaching judgement to hate. Some people do and we should try our best not to do that
how this part though

Maybe I’m looking at it along side o the r thkngs like this though

“Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.

For one believeth that he may eat all things:

another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

( notice that the two could argue over which foods are clean and which aren’t but they aren’t supposed to they each are serving God by their faith both are approved even though they are acting a bit differently ) so the lesson begins

Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

One man esteemeth one day above another:

another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother?

for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

( Paul’s conclusion )

Let us not therefore judge one another any more:

but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:1-13‬ ‭

He continued he’s on explaining if my insistence on details like if I’m convinced that pork is unclean and a sin to eat it , then . If I eat pork I’m condemning myself because it defiles my conscience and faith

but my brother he has stronger faith and understands that Jesus announced all foods to be clean and that food can’t make us unclean so this believer has his faith and freely eats all foods and it doesn’t condemn him because his conscience knows better

the reason I can’t judge you is because I don’t know what you know inside your faith God knows but I don’t . I could make judgements about you based on my own faith but Paul’s telling me not to

he’s telling me walk by your faith d let the other person walk by thiers . This of course excludes things like someone kills another now I’m just gonna ignore it no of course wickedness is to be confronted always and always

mostly we judge one another for details we know and they don’t do our judgement is askew when we look at other people God is able to judge them correctly based on thier understanding of him , we only know what we know about him

the more we know the more we must abide so I can’t set my judgement on someone else

“And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:47-48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

exhortations . Edification , discussion ect all shouldn’t avoid the subjects of repentance and living right in just saying we need to see what’s being said about our roles and it’s not judges and accusers Satan accuses us and Jesus judges us

we’re just the ones being saved of condemned by who we serve

It's possible that God [did not] give you the Holy Spirit's Gift of Discernment. Discernment is a radar scanner for Demonic Presence/Possession/Activity. Discernment is also a radar for knowing when someone is lying to you, hiding something, not being completely honest. Discernment is a radar to know when you're around other Holy Spirit filled Believers in Christ. Even though, none of what I just mentioned uses the word judgement in it, it is all 100% judgement 24/7/365.

What you're discussing is a busy body with too much time on their hand, and instead of watching their own backyard, they are watching everyone else. They are a Pharisee, a hypocrite, someone with Discernment [like Christ had] would shut down immediately. That's what those of us with Discernment do!

ahh so probably any response I offered from scripture would be irrelevant I still think that’s a perfect example of one person judging another person in the presence of Jesus Christ

here’s another perfect example of having a judgemental heart even in prayer folks judge others and exalt themself to judge of the other watch who is the one who gets justified the one who was judging himself not the other guy

The repentance he’s talking about is for the ones judging others and then sometime they end up song the same things condemning their self by the judgement they make of others

it’s nothing to me if others are the judges I’m just making the point when people do that it doesn’t hold Gods authority , and it only is then judging their self the other persons going to be judged by Jesus and thier faith in him
FYI, using very large, bold font in your posts is a great way to ensure that I won't read them. There is no need for such excessive emphasis. It actually makes your posts harder to read, not easier.

To the context of your post: we should indeed consider our own actions before criticizing those of another person. However, having considered our own behaviour and corrected any wrongdoing, we are indeed justified in criticizing the behaviour of others. Jesus didn't say, "You have a beam in your own eye therefore you can never judge others"; He said, "First remove the beam from your own eye, then you can see clearly to help your brother" (or at least, words to that effect).

I agree that posts with such vastly varying font sizes throughout are difficult to read, not to mention that Ph's posts are often quite long, which is also a deterrent. I concur also on your point regarding judging, for the issue is not one of not judging at all, but of doing so righteously :)

here’s the thing ehomis going to determine which of us “ is that spiritual judge or the others “?

if we as Christians follow
Moses law were not going to ever hear what Jesus is saying . The reason I brought Moses law up is that Moses judgement was “ you all peer at the other peoples sins against the law , then you witness against the person sinning , father one more witness that witnesses thier sin then point it out to the judge , then all of you father and put the sinner to death because you are to be a holy nations you must purge the evil from among you point out and kill the sinners you people are the correcter and judge of everyone else .

that’s Old Testament when man had no judgement to offer it was sinners accusing and stoning other sinners in order to keep thier camp “holy “

then the sinner was hanged on a tree as a curse and warning so all who saw would fear and not do what the sinner did so the process is two of Gods people watching for others sin , pointing it out and then all execute the sinner

the New Testament is contrary it says “ judge your own self by your sins before you start seeing everyone else as sinners “ the contrary is very stark and comes to a collision here Moses commanded us to judge and carry out judgement on sinners but that’s not the gospel it was something inferior until Christ came here’s the proof of what we need to do when seeing a sinner

“And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last:

( before she could be saved from her sin he drove them all away by telling the. Turn the judgement on your self first and everyone of them the eldest and wisest forst ealked away and left the one judge of thy is woman alone with her )

“and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:3-5, 7,

if we’re Moses followers we’re going to be in the crowd with a stone in our hand the stone of accusation , pointing out in front of the church , the cite we living Christians make on sinners trying to get eighth and already understand they are far from perfect , but us nature Christians are at the door explaining all they need to do to get inside but we won’t go in ourselves because we’re appointed doorkeeper

those sinners are coming to Jesus not because when they get close he starts pointing out thoer sins , they come to Jesus because he’s telling them how to know the true God and his word and have eternal Life even though they have sinned many times before and are most likely aware that’s why they hear his message of forgiveness and respond

but often we’re holding the. Back because we have imagined ourself arbitrator between Jesus and sinners were the ones needing to hear what he said

Right so are you without sin that you should be e jidge is the question ?

a liar isn’t ordained judge of an adulterer . A sinner is a sinner no matter what they had done it’s not “I always tell the truth so now I’m everyone’s judge even though I sin in other ways . now I get to correct the adulterers and conveyers because I don’t lie “

it is forst have no impairment in your own vision (?you are completely there and have no corrections to make ) then that person should be judging everyone but who’s that guy ? Are you the sinless perfect judge of others ? I’m not is my point I myself would never bring shorts down from his seat of judgement , nor would I send his people to the deep by my judgement it’s his alone

what it we just told those sinners needing correction about what God has to say To us ? Wouldn’t that be what actually was able to correct them ?

so if we were to see Christians constantly judging others when they also have very evident imperfections also , should we join the accusation crowd ? Or maybe talk about not judging each other until we can actually see the things Jesus taught ? Or do we make our own judgements up?

we’re free to be the judge of everyone but the judgements are for us we should go to our judgement day having not been the corrector of others we should go there working on our own selves and not having anything against anyone who sinned against us if we do live
Like James said with mercy for sinners ta her than jidgement and accusation

when we go we’re going to have the judges word of mercy according to what we have done

So so you and everyone else have any corrections to make on yourself first ? Look at what God said and look at your own life

“But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also. Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:27-31, 35-38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

just one tiny section tells us we have work to do on our self right ? That’s my point no One is there yet unless someone is able to be approved according to the gospel they need repentance themself to are my whole point let’s get perfect first before we judge the imperfect and that’s a pursuit even Paul was seeking

Alright, given that none of us is perfect, and never will be in this life, when do we call out the wrongdoing of others? Never?
