We finally agree on something. We can go even further and say that breathing the air is bad for us because of all the pollution and crap they spray in our skies. Even eating processed food, like potato chips or boxed anything, with all the chemicals and preservatives, is bad for us. And all the GMO modified foods. The list is seriously endless.

Does smoking a cigarette make you feel sick or give you a headache? When you want one it might help if you imagine you had one and imagine how it makes you feel. That's a good deterrent.

Everyone knows smoking will likely cause seriously health issues. If your loved-ones don't already know this, well... yea, you might want to inform them.

Smoking is just as bad for your body as going straight to the all-you-can eat buffet after Church after telling people not to smoke... anything that goes against the health for your own body is sinful in nature.

I used to enjoy a good smoke AFTER a visit to the buffet at Golden Corral. Actually, enjoyed a smoke too after church. Enjoyed the well-known buffet at Circus Circus on the strip in Las Vegas too. Enjoyed a smoke also while hitting a slot. Wheels started spinning and lights flashing. Don't smoke anymore. Never was really much of a gambler. Do enjoy eating though. While eating at the buffet I was showing off to my wife by biting into a Habanero pepper. Entire mouth and throat was on fire. Wife had a good laugh though. Well worth the cost of admission. It was a calculated risk.
