I cant help what you cant see. And what I pointed out is within the context of Rom 9, unconditional election.
Thanks but you aren't really able to help that way and I too can't help those with closed mind.

What part of [Before] don't he understand?
  1. of the act of God's free will by which before the foundation of the world he decreed his blessings to certain persons
Strong’s Definitions
ἐκλογή eklogḗ, ek-log-ay'; from G1586; (divine) selection

It is what it is, Rom 9 teaches unconditional election to Salvation.
Umm, as said, Romans 9 speaks also of the Gentiles and how they are to be saved which I did quote and perhaps have it misled if one do not want to continue the reading of it. Paul speaks of attaining righteousness which is of faith, v. 30 and so with v.33 which states "whosoever believeth on him" is conditional. My another try:

Rom 9:30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
Rom 9:31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
Rom 9:32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
Rom 9:33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

I'm curious about why you mention the Hebrew language. We're communicating in English. Is that your native tongue or not?

I got the impression that your native tongue is ancient Hebrew from what you said.

Im not discussing everything Rom 9 teaches, this is not a study on Rom 9, but a declaration of a truth found in Rom 9, the doctrine of unconditional election to salvation.

Different words have different meanings. The word elect in the Bible does not have the same meaning as the word predestinate.

Yes, I agree. Where would those heavenly blessing be found? In Christ. This was chosen by God before the foundation of the world. Individuals were not chosen in Christ, but the spiritual blessings in the heavenly places. That's the context of Ephesians 1.
