You were granted it, use it, do not be shy, you were meant to enjoy it
Float your boat with flowers, sunsets, smells or sights, or seeing loved ones enjoying life
Run down the river of love, with truth and kind
Sow love, reap no hatred, you may leave it a better place, with a harvest to be harvested in time.
If not, tell it on the mountain, or not.
Do onto others how you want unto you.
Forgive, forget, bygones, all that stuff.
Do zen, and you end up mindfulzen or close to that. And that is the way to be
