I'm unsure what you mean but I'm worried about what country we're leaving to this next generation. Our forbears certainly didn't do us any favors. I think TV "programming" - was designed to do just what it did: "Programmed" the minds of the masses without their knowledge. I watched a local Little League game and it was very evident what those little hellions had become: products of the basest garbage emanating out of Hollyweird.

I think the single best thing that we can begin to do TODAY is to GET RID OF THE TV.

In Finland all the major party leaders except for 1 are women.

The reason is that women are more manly than men today. Women run the churches, women run the households, women run the country. Its a matriarchy really, no matter how much the feminists complain about the patriarchy.

But this doesn't really bother me, as I live my life the way I do, regardless of what society morphs into. Society will always be wicked, and I dont think a hypermasculine war culture would be any better where we are throwing spears at each other with facepaint on.

I think that's wise to live life the way you know you should, regardless of what society morphs into. However - what about this next generation? You don't feel any obligation to get involved to shield them? It's precisely this selfishness that brought America to its knees as a morally bankrupt nation.

Although we may lack political power we hold power in other ways that are not being wielded. For instance: I became the head room mother at our local schools so I was able to have Christian-themed decorations. No one said a word. I wasn't out demanding it - I just made up the baskets and gifts etc. using Christian themes. There is so much that we can do but are not. We're limited only by our imagination.

I'm not saying any man has to be hyper-masculine but they should be masculine and speak up when they see a wrong. Why didn't ONE MAN stand up for the elderly woman tackled to the floor by a fat cop in an American bank - because she wasn't wearing a MASK??? For God's sake WHAT HAVE WE BECOME???

I spoke with a cop who has a "Christian" website up. He blathered on and on about his christianity etc. So I asked him to address the epidemic of police tasing, abusing, sexually assaulting, and murdering American citizens. He refused. I told him he has FAITH WITHOUT WORKS.

The veneer of "christianity" is very thin and I believe there are many on the wide road that leads to destruction through sins of omission.

Yes but YOU can be a part of that 'miracle.' There is so much that you can do - go to your local school board meeting and speak up. Get your church to run programs or get involved. Commit to turning off the TV and urging your church to do the same. Boycott those pushing garbage. Speak up when you see a wrong.

I'll go back to my account of being at a Little League game and watching the little brats abuse one another. The pitcher was the worst - his parents: one a school teacher, the other a Phd, sat behind me. Neither one uttered a word as their little brat abused everyone. All the parents sat there in silence as the little hellions were out of control. It was something to see. It's called "bystander apathy." I did a report on it in college.

I finally yelled at the boy. The people I was with shushed me - embarrassed. But I refused to stop - I then yelled at the coach - who I know - for not reprimanding the little brats.

You could have heard a pin drop.

But that bratty pitcher turned and apologized to the last boy he abused. His parents spoke not a word!

The point I'm trying to make is YOU hold more power than you know to affect change. Don't follow the crowd - be the LEADER. I'm an introvert and if I can speak up in the face of a wrong so can you.

"saintrose" asked a question, "What do we do about it"? There is several posts saying "why" but not so much "what". It's too much to put here, but here are some quick superficial thoughts:

1. Men must accept responsibility. We have not been faithful to our biblical mandate. We are responsible for what has happened. We must prayerfully seek a deeper understanding of our sin and our responsibilities.

2. We must repent and seek forgiveness.

3. Men need to understand and embrace the purpose of our lives; to; "Glorify God and enjoy him forever". We glorify God when we accept headship of our families. Headship is servanthood! (Do not let them hijack the issue with insane references to patriarchy). We need to know the difference.

4. We need to reject popular culture and stop allowing evil into our homes, families and spirits. Start by turning off the TV and quit allowing the incessant and insidious brainwashing. No one needs an upgraded phone or a new and improved anything else! We must stop marketers from leading us around by our base instincts. (You know well what I mean)!

5. Men need to recognize that just providing for the family is total failure. Food and shelter is important but so is guidance, instruction, support, encouragement, involvement, modeling, protecting....our families can get by, joyfully, with an older car and a smaller house if we are in both.

6. We need to listen carefully to the wisdom of our wives and children, not celebrities! Our families are the ones who will lead us to truth.

7. Our families see everything we do, everything. Nothing is done in secret. We must reject all hypocrisy. What we do is important, what we say much less so.

I'll stop here, my rant is too long now. We did this, we must fix it! We are not powerless.

The problem is because of the way America operates with its freedoms and Capitalism it created the most selfish, arrogant, and greedy people in the history of mankind.

Everybody is exalting themselves because they can get away with it without retaliation.

If the men are doing their job the women would still try to exalt themselves and be above the men for they have the liberty to do so and it is human nature.

The world is motivated by selfishness and arrogance and the women always wanted to be above men for that is human nature, but now they have the chance to exalt themselves so they are taking advantage of it as human nature will do.

Same with children that they are taking advantage of the liberty to go against the parents for they can get away with it more than years ago especially after the counter culture movement.

The last generation where children will not obey parents, they will think they are pure but are not, they will be highly arrogant, and highly selfish, and will heap money to themselves and not care about the poor and we see today that millions of dollars and billions of dollars is not good enough for them.

Everybody is trying to exalt themselves at this time and then the new age movement says people are still evolving to be spiritual and there is no personal God, but they honor the God of forces, or the power of nature as their higher power, the evolutionary process which one day that will be the only religion that they allow to be preached in the world when the nations come together.

Which will be the time they will not want to hear the truth of the Bible but after their own lusts, the new age movement interpretation of the Bible.

Men are still out there competing and exalting but the women are too so it does not seem like the men are standing out as much as in the past.

We see this arrogance and selfishness all around us. I made a mistake and misread something on a seller's description of an item. The website was going to make him pay for the return so I told him it was my mistake and I'd pay for it. Yes it hurt to lose money - and I've worked hard for any I've ever gotten but we are to do right even when it hurts.

The seller could not believe it. He told me he never met anyone who was honest and willing to own up to their own mistake.

I'm not patting myself on the back because I've been selfish myself - but as Christians we're supposed to be the salt of the earth. Friends - actually former friends - taught bible study and were big in their church. Their son ran into an elderly black woman and exchanged information. The woman's husband called my friend and asked them to pay for the damage. My friends refused because the couple didn't have insurance. I'll never forget her arrogant facial expression as she proselytized about the couple not having insurance. I completely lost respect for her and her husband.

They had faith without works. I've been in church since I was a kid and I saw so much evil and hypocrisy go on in churches - no wonder people don't want to go to church. They're more of a social club than anything else.

I belonged to a health forum for awhile and I was shocked and disgusted by the people on there on disability who said they sat at the beach all day, and did various other things - yet they couldn't work. It was such a crock.

In my house though there is one tv hooked to a dvd player. It plays the bible nonstop. It is on a loop.

Never stops. I have worn out about 12 or so players.

I wish we had been as wise and gotten rid of the TV years ago. What prompted you? I'd like to do what you are - I'm going to see if I can put it on an endless loop. Is there a station you use or do you have the Bible on CD? I used to play it before bed at night then fell out of the habit which wasn't good.

I'm older but I'm thinking about those younger than I am. Babies are still being born - what will this world/ this country be like for them? I believe we're in the end times, just not sure where. I am weak on Revelations but I do see the signs and we are 'as in the days of Noah.'

Yes. Far too often, boys are raised solely by women, because the courts have allowed for easy divorce and prevented the parental rights of the father. Why are people then surprised that such boys who have only known female role-models grow up to be like their role models? Those who want boys to behave like men need to ensure those boys have the opportunity to be raised by a father.

Seems like it's planned that way. At the same time single mothers are raising boys you have all this new age stuff being pushed in the public schools. I have not studied it but read the critical race theory is also a trojan horse to break down values and shame young boys for being 'white.' I think it's damaging to all races because they're regurgitating an ugly time in the history of America and planting those thoughts into young impressionable minds.

Note the media trying to start a race war. We live near a city and there are never any racial problems. I've been in stores when the young black men have helped me and I chat with other races all the time - this has been over a period of years. It absolutely makes me sick that evil people along with their Mockingbird Media are trying to cause racial division. We aren't divided by race - I take people for who they are. There are good and bad people in every race.

It hurt because someone I know was at a campground and a group of young people were playing ball and it rolled over and he went to toss the ball back and a little girl about 5 yelled "Don't you touch my ball! You're the devil!" Who would teach a child that young that because of someone's skin color they're the devil?

I fully understand others being upset by police abuse and murder - our neighbor's unarmed grandson was assassinated by police and police beat up and robbed my brother. I read that the militarized police have been built by the illuminati who own the courts and who allow police to get away with the most vile of actions. It's to traumatize the public.

Please everyone - stand against police abuse and violence - it's far more prevalent than you may realize. The police are stoking race issues. What happens is a Serpico issue: the good police won't take a stand against the bad ones. WE have to stand up when a wrong is being committed. If not you then who??? Step out of your comfort zone like Christ showed us.

Please everyone take up your cross and work towards good racial relations. Show others that it's all a lie. We go out of our way to reach out to other races. I was in a store and a fight broke out at the front cash registers. A young black girl about 18 was really scared and I guess because I'm older she ran to me. I helped her feel safe and it was such a blessing from God that he sent her to me - that she sensed somehow that she could trust me. WE have to show love to other races to break the lies that the media and Satan are promoting.

After I underwent a very bad surgery I was forced to board a plane to ride home. I was forced to lay across the seats I was in such bad shape - it was humbling. I could barely walk and when we landed everyone was pushing to get out and I was so weak I couldn't get out. An elderly black woman stopped everyone and told me to go ahead. That act of kindness still brings a lump to my throat.

It's an old military strategy: divide and conquer. Let's all do our part to counter the lies.

Will you speak up when some cop, drunk on his authority, wrestles an elderly woman to the ground for not wearing a mask? Will you speak up if you see them abuse a black man or a white man? Will you try to convince cops to do the right thing and treat their fellow citizens with respect and kindness? Will you try to warn them they were militarized for nefarious reasons?

Will you do your part to help race relations?

Will you speak up to your school board in allowing ungodly things in the school?

Will you speak up when you see youth being vile?

Will you have the self-discipline to cancel cable and throw the TV out and encourage others to do the same?

Will you speak up about the possible terrorists being let into the country?

Will you speak up about manufacturing getting sent to China and Mexico?

they still glued to tv. I work in a library and promote reading, but some people I know for years and even in church dismiss books and even boast they dont have any.

When I talk to some people its seems the only book they ever read is facebook. Which also spouts a lot of rubbish and lies and gossip, as well as advertising junk. I think tv wouldnt be so bad if there was no advertising on it.

Fakebook is an abomination. I never used it and never would. I watched a documentary years back and a professor warned people that the government was sucking all their private information from it.

Actually if you watch "Transvestigation" you'll learn that many of those "perfect women" are in fact male. Satanism mixes the sexes.
