It has been his life story, he has been this way forever to the point even what he had has been taken away.
The reality he and other sinners have created for themselves is not "fun" to see, it is the a warning to be taken and acted on. No one sees his well earned condition as "fun".

Jesse says it well, seems those who are close to him would rather expose his sad and embarrassing decline to the world than lose what little power his stolen presidency gives them.

Yes. That is absolutely correct. Regardless of Biden's criminality, his wife and family should have placed him in a seniors care facility back in 2020 (or earlier). His mental capacity is zero, and he brings shame to America, every day and every minute. So it was purely evil to even have him run as a presidential candidate. But it was all about destroying Trump and removing him from the White House by any and all illegitimate means. Now the caller Jared is getting death threats for his prank, just like the January 6 pranksters are in a Gulag for their pranking.
