2Th_2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Paul warns us of things that will decieve us in his writings, and in the end those who receive not the love of the truth will perish.

Also Paul says in 1 Corinthians 1:18 :

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

How can people not see or hear of God's amazing grace? the answer is always in the scriptures.

2Co_4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Satan blinds those from hearing the gospel because of unbelief.

There are many ways Satan can decieve you from been saved.

One is to argue and debate who is right and who is wrong instead of seeing the light of the glourious gospel and getting saved.

The love of the truth is the first thing to focus on.

I heard the word of truth many years ago.

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

I heard the gospel of my salvation and believed it, and was saved and sealed.

This is the only gospel that can save you.

1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

1 John 3:8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for THIS purpose, to DESTROY the works of the devil.

Did Jesus fail to destroy the works of the devil which was His very purpose for appearing according to this verse? NO!

When Christ saves a person, he becomes a new person with Christ, what is of Christ being a very part of him, he is born again in a new way. The Lord wants us to give up being guided by the rules of the world (that the media teaches us) and accept the rules of the kingdom of heaven. We are to listen to the voice of Christ with faith in Christ.

Christ asks that we give up judging other people, but accept them as they are. That is what Christ does for us and forgives us, and Christ asks why we would ask him to do what we would not do. Christ speaks to us in scripture and asks that we believe in him and what he tells us. Some of this is petty rough to accept, like that if we get angry with someone and call them so much as “you fool” it is murder in God’s eyes.

You can be saved so you live eternally just by being forgiven, but to be great eternally we are asked to live our life here as a saved person.

we have to learn to love the truth Jesus taught in the gospel. That’s salvstion denying it removing it from salvation as many constantly attempt to do and re label “the truth “ as some other message other than Christ came to the earth to teach and speak isn’t the truth and won’t save anyone in fact it’s the only way one can be condemned and lead others astray

“He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.”

to reject the truth of Christ and the gospel including what he taught about salvation is not the way to be saved

Matthew 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
Matthew 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Who should we believe gb9 or Christ? Let God be true and every man a liar (Romans 3:4)

Acts 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
anybody with knowledge is going to obey Christ!

greek word for believe- pistevo- meaning - to put trust in, to be persuaded off, to think to be true.

believe means believe.
