Hello! I'm J~ and a brand new user here on CC. I'm almost 35 and I have been feeling over the last five years or so that I've been alone for too long; it's time to find a nice Christian wife... but I've only met one in my entire life so far that met my criteria, so that's the main reason I am here.

I am a born again, Bible-believing Christian who holds to a Biblical cosmology, in other words a "flat earth" view of things. I am very aware of the Luciferians who rule over us and of many of their plots and designs including the plandemic and the poison vaccines, and of some of the things which are coming around the corner for us all during the impending Fall of Mystery Babylon, aka "The United States of America." I will only use the reliable King James Version of the Bible and reject the 900+ corrupt English language versions that plague and confound the Church with Satanic deception today.

Probably many of you are beginning to think already that I'm crazy and that's entirely okay. :D I became a Biblical flat earther just this year after thousands of hours of personal research. I've slowly become a serious truth seeker over the last decade or so. I don't expect anyone else to see things exactly as I do, as we are all progressing along our earthly sojourn through this mortal life. I hope to continue learning and to be able to share those things that I have learned.

Jesus Christ is Lord and that is the highest truth.

I am a jack-of-all-trades and a writer with four published books. Currently I live in Maryland, but will - Lord willing - be moving to the FREE STATE of Tennessee within a month.

Feel free to ask me anything. I'll do my best to answer if the question is interesting.... :p

Heheh, oh BOY, that's a question! :D

Well, I'll try to keep this short, light, and breezy. I began my pursuit of this gal about the same time as another fellow. In my case, I had liked this gal for years but didn't live in the same state, then moved back for a while and after a few months of prayer I felt like I both wanted and needed to pursue her. The other fellow, by his own admission, felt like God DID NOT want him to pursue her. But she chose him.

The relationship was very troubled for several years. My family and hers were close and in the same church so I had a front row seat for all this. He consulted with about a dozen pastors and Christian teachers about the relationship... getting a "second opinion," I guess. She never consulted her parents... who didn't like him. For years, her dad was always "this close" to telling her to break it off, but the pastor of the church liked the guy and basically endorsed the relationship.

I waited, watched, and prayed for literally years over all this, but eventually they got engaged, and then got married. Worst experience of my life... and even worse since I came out of it with nothing but wasted time and a broken heart. Sigh.

On the other hand, I guess I dodged a bullet. This gal was the closest I have ever come to finding the type of mate I am looking for... but she did not understand the biblical spiritual authority structure. "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God." (1Cor 11:3) And Numbers 30:3 makes it clear that the spiritual authority in a young woman's life if she is in her father's house is her father, to the extent that he can annul a vow she makes before the Lord. In other words, when both she and the fellow she dated ignored the spiritual authority in her life (her dad) and his (the Holy Spirit) they broke some clear Biblical principles.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not looking for a woman to lord it over, haha! But I do take the calling to be the spiritual leader in my marriage and family seriously, and I think I need to find a good woman with the grace and discernment to understand that.

Do not try to cling to anyone who isnt interested in you. Wish them the very best and keep it moving.

And no one needs permission from parent or pastor or anyone to marry who they want.

Which part of Tennessee are you relocating to? I don't think that you're crazy at all but rather lonely. I get that.

Morristown, in eastern TN. I'm really looking forward to it! There's a local church whose services I have been watching online for several months that I'd like to attend.

You have a very modern American perspective, but Christ did not die to make us Americans. Did you read Numbers 30? It's about how a young man who vows a vow to God is on the hook to fulfil that vow no matter what. BUT a young woman who vows a vow to the Lord in her father's house, if her father tells her she will not fulfil that vow, IS FREE AND CLEAR OF THE VOW SHE MADE TO THE LORD. Men and women are of different levels of spiritual authority.

A man does not need permission from anyone other than the Lord to marry. A woman absolutely should get permission from her spiritual authority, which will be her father usually. This is why, traditionally, a man asks a woman's father for her hand in marriage before proposing to her.

But yes, I have moved on. I hope this gal has a long and happy life and marriage. She chose what she chose.

Nice to meet you and have you joining the fellowship here at CC! It seems you found a church you like, so I am suggesting you get involved in any volunteer work you can. Many of my friends met their other half while volunteering. God bless you and fulfil your desires!
