I was joking earlier...:p

I agree with Pipp, that's just the way God made us.

We ladies can be a little too emotional sometimes...or at least I know I can. When I'm stressed, I like to have my brother around to help me calm down. I notice that when my brother or stepdad are nearby, I feel safer. I imagine that safe feeling is something women who are married get from their husbands too. Unfortunately, not all wives feel safe with their husbands...but that's not the topic here.

I also don't like the responsibility of being a leader. That should be reserved for men. I think it would be nice to have a man who is a good leader...not controlling but someone who can lead.

hmm ok

interesting

I have never thought of it that way
I wonder if Her Majesty the Queen ever doubted her leadership skills simply cos she was female. I just think its a matter of birth order myself. Plus her uncle abidcated.

I meant leader of the household...especially if it's a couple. Now a woman must lead herself if she is single and lives alone. But if she's married, I assume the man takes the lead. Who knows? I've never been married.

I think the word you're looking for is decisive. Someone who can evaluate variables and make a decision.

And don't downplay the emotional aspect. That's what us men need from y'all. Not weepy/manic all the time, but insight into emotional matters that have us stumped.

I remmeber one organisation we had a Health and Safety team. Anyone could be a warden on it. It didnt matter if you were male or female. I think as long as you cared you would do the right thing.

we also had first aid training, so that, in event of something happening, we would know what to do to be safe.

Otherwise, I dont know if having a man around makes me feel safer, but I do think there is safety in numbers. I think having Jesus as my Lord and Savior makes me recognise that a man in Christ can be pretty amazing though, if they understand that they can do all things through Him.

Hmmmm.... A little advice. Don't fall for that "King of the Castle" crap. A husband and wife are a united front, Jack and Diane conquer the world! God just holds Jack accountable... Just sayin' ;)

true
I think castles are a bit over rated
The one castle we have in nz, well, lets just say things didnt turn out well for Mr Larnach.
The couple that later bought it, eventually split up...the husband left and the wife was left to manage it on her own. I think shes done a great job of restoring it though, it did cost her her marriage.

The gardens though are spectacular.

I have no idea why women like men...

I don't think that we are pretty...at least I've never seen a pretty guy.

Then we got hair... facial, leg, chest and shoulders. Ugghhhh.

Guys don't look good in makeup either. That stuff only makes them uglier.
But for some reason girls/women seem to like men. I'm not complaining about it...just, I don't share in their tastes.

Men are not pretty, yall are handsome.
Some men smell good, and some are handy, but the best ones are the considerate ones. And the funny ones.

Telling someone when you have used their spoon to smash a fly is not polite. I would never do that.
And now I want to see the Ultimate Fly Killing Championship -- Mr. Miyagi, using his classic chopsticks, vs. JStates, using Lanolin's spoon. 🏆

Yea and most of the time it’s the woman who squishes the spider
I feel sorry for Spider-man

He's a good guy! He just happens to shoot cobwebs out of his hands! That doesnt make him evil!
