Things married people have said to you, that are discouraging?

Some people makes marriage looks like a pain !! Scaring...

I know it´s not easy, but come on, let´s have some hope :D

AMEN!!!!

I love my marriage....I love my hubby.....I love what we have created together. It is not things....it is connectedness, togetherness, being whole seperately because of being and sharing so much together, lifting each other instead of bringing the other down, working and playing and praying and dreaming as one, and yet being just yourself as well. Always knowing yourself and being yourself, is enough.

you want to know depressing? how about when everyone around you is talking about their children and all the time they've spent and enjoyed with their spouse as if you are one of them, all the while you are alone in a cramped apartment and haven't spent any time with the other gender in 9 years, after having had a 5 year relationship that was heading toward marriage.

I think the worst is hearing people talking about holding their children for the first time etc...

all stuff I may never experience, and really do want.
