well only God knows the truth .

But some are made for Honour and some for Dishonour. not sure if that means Destruction and heaven
None can come to Him until He calls them, Faith itself is a GIFT of GOD

So without Him we can do nothing.

I believe that He calls to everyone! And then you have a choice if you want to respond or not.
