Dr James Tour is a Christian who is also a scientist. He has led research into the "wonder" material, graphene. Graphene is one of the most valuable materials because it is so expensive to produce. Dr Tour and his team have developed technology that can produce graphene cheaply, and from almost any material that has carbon - even food scraps.

The Jews have given a lot to the world. Looks like he has done amazing work.

I hear so much hatred towards Jews online that it is like a breath of fresh air to hear this news. Then I learn that he's a follower of Yeshua!
Of course, we'll have to wait to see how all this pans out, but if it does, it'll make the world a much better place for all of us.

Graphene work is almost complete as far as applications...
Borophene is the newest field of research going on...and it appears to be able to do more than graphene thought about.

It's gonna cut down on pollution and carbon...and perhaps the whining of the far-left!

Yes. Dr Tour was born again when he was aged 19. He has a great testimony as to how he was saved. He is an evangelist. I don't know how he finds time to sleep. He leads people to Jesus almost every week, preaches at his local church, travels to Europe for conferences and has appeared before the U.S. Senate to seek help for local research. He has many youtube presentations on origin of life. He gives credit to his team, not just himself.

The biggest problem with graphene has been the cost to manufacture to scale. The flash process overcomes that obstacle.

Further to my last remark.......
The main advantage of graphene is the availability of precursor materials. What is considered to be rubbish or even polluting waste can be converted to graphene. Boron is nowhere near as problematic as waste plastics, for example. Borophene may be superior in some respects, but it may be years before it becomes commercially viable. In the meantime, graphene is already in products that can be purchased.
