that’s gods grace it teaches repentance from sin and obedience to The gospel , it changes us from workers of iniquity to people zealous of good works.
When we take away the things like repentance and obedience that we are being taught to do it’s not longer Gods grace that offers salvation that’s my point to say “unwarranted favor “ is not grace grace doesn’t change our need for repentance and obedience to God
there’s grace we are warned not to fall for its whn we take away all we’re being taught like how we have to repent and can’t just keep sinning and expect salvstion ect it becomes this distortion of grace d this issue the church faced then and now with this distortion of grace eliminating repentance and obedience to the gospel

my point is “ saved by grace “ has no understanding of gods grace in that statement we twist it into “ we’re saved by unwarranted favor there’s nothing we need to do repent ? Everyone sins , obey ? That’s the law of works ect
grace can be what Gods gave us that’s going to teach us to repent and obey the lords will which is what the New Testament is doing teaching us we can’t keep serving Satans Will we have to deny that me turn to good

this is a teaching of grace forgiving the sin and instructing repentance

the go and sin no more part is grace teaching us the truth Gods grace is not void of our response to the gospel what we do matters is the point grace is what teaches us about repentance and righteousness it doesn’t make those things irrelevant to salvstion
that’s the other grace we’re warned so sternly and clearly about that makes grace into some thy king it isn’t liscense to say I’m saved and I don’t have anything to do or change I’m saved in my sin and repentance isn’t grace
we don’t have to say the phrase but if the message is grace eliminates all we’re taught about sin , eternal

Grace saves us because it’s what comes to a believer of the gospel Jesus preached and sent his apostles out to preach

that’s grace teaching us we have to stop sinning because we don’t want to be partakers with the disobedient in Hods wrath
grace is a teacher or repentance and righteousness and good works is my simple point it is t the excuse we now have to not believe any of that stuff we’re saved by the grace God offers in the gospel not the thing we created later
