Jezebel has nothing to do with the RCC. She was a real person in the first century.
You will probably be interested in the history of the King James Bible. Sorry you have to sign in as "age restricted". Google/ YouTube has done this to scrub the platform of "community guidelines aka Subversive Materials" like the Bible. This took a while to find because they banned the other channels that had this documentary.
This video is made by a couple of KJVO guys; Steven Anerson is one of them. It's called New World Order Bible Versions. It's not a good history of the KJV. It's mostly an "exposé" of modern translations.
It can be difficult to differentiate between acquaintances that are wheat and those that are tares.
We know what is on the inside for our own substance. We know our own yearning for God and salvation. But it can be an intentionally laid mystery for what the nature and truth is within others around us.
I can tell you that I have been filled with the Holy Spirit. I can tell you that I was baptized unto salvation in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. But mortal words alone aren't going to meet the standard of evidence for many. We are all passing messages in bottles back and forth perhaps with a vain hope that our handwriting speaks clearly to the nature of our character. We are only left with faith and love in our hearts to create a semblant reflection of the people we assume we are talking to.
Strange shadows can be cast on the walls, and strange looking handwriting can make some wonder about the nature of the writer.
I believe that since we are instructed to cast off evil appearances (cf. 1 Thes 5:22), that it is possible for a good person to appear evil, even unintentionally. The writing in the bottle may be misunderstood.
Clearly there were believers prior to KJV, therefore the substance precedes the form. The substance transcends the form. A non-English speaker could read a non-KJV Bible and come to the correct understanding by substance independent of the form. Do you disagree?

Yes, it does contain some history of the lineage of the KJV but it only scratches the surface really. It's interesting for what it is but I'm more interested in the process of the creation of the KJV itself. It's not a scholarly history of the creation of the KJV but a case for its infallibility.
Why would you assume everyone would speak in tongues? There are different gifts according to the grace that is given:
"For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness." - Rom 12:4-8 KJV
Real KJVo ______ does not believe this either so I think this is barking at the wrong tree.
I've used it as my "Main Squeeze" for about 73 years. I've also read the Living (original), the Amplified, a good portion of the New World.
Bottom line: The Bible is the Bible, and they all say the same thing. "Theologians" create confusion, and division, and it's the HOLY SPIRIT who brings TRUTH, and proper interpretation / Wisdom to whomever seeks it with a Single mind.

Yes, it is one of about 7 Bibles I may use. But this is not the important question.
Which Bible do you believe is the most accurate translation and most faithful to the writers intent? The King James, American Standard Bible, the New American Standard Bible, the Revised Standard Bible, the Interlinear Greek New Testament, the New International Version or something else?
