Never have I ever seen a grammatically acceptable but awkward phrase without wondering whether there is a less-awkward way of constructing it.

Well he's already been everywhere in the world. I guess now he went somewhere else.

For each one, what is your reason for wanting to go there? Just nosy... Er, just curious.
Never have I ever....is a tv series on Netflix. It's 3 seasons long and is about a teen who recently lost her dad, and the trials and tribulations of high school. She has no siblings but two very good girl friends and her family is from India. I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone wants something interesting to watch and maybe you can comment on it here or in another thread.
Each episode has Never Have I ever...done something terrible ...then our heroine does something terrible lol. I think the first one was never have I ever been out with a boy, and then proceeds to the propositioning the school heart throb. Nobody tells her to wait to be asked out. She just goes and does it. That's the way lol. But she doesn't get very far. Won't spoil it, but a good series about adulting.
