This pretty much encapsulates who Jesus is for me.

Who is Jesus for me? Henri Nouwen, the noted spiritual writer, highlights “Jesus has to be and to become the center of my life. It is not enough that Jesus is my teacher, my guide, my source of inspiration. It is not even enough that he is my companion on the journey, my friend and my brother. Jesus must be the heart of my heart, the fire of my life, the lover of my soul, the bridegroom of my spirit. He must become my only thought, my only concern, my only desire.” To develop such an intimate relationship with Him requires a commitment, prioritizing our time so that we come to truly know Him. Life is full of distractions which demand our attention. Can we create time every day to sit with Christ and only with Him, dwelling in His love and being filled with His peace and joy. May we discover Him as the lover of my soul, the fire of my life, the heart of my heart!

Something that is popular at the moment.. is to say Islamics .. Muslims.. worship the same God.

But Jesus is God!

His mark is on His creation.

All things were created thru Him. He was with God in the beginning, as was the Spirit.

Many things in nature are Triune in design. Light is.. an egg is. People are. This is the mark of the truine God over His creation.

Not the Islamic God. It is not Triune and has done nothing about the sin nature of man.

So for me, Jesus is almighty, God. Equal to the Father.. as one Triune Being.

Personally He has set me right thru all trials and tribulations. The great freedom giver.

What are you trying to prove? Who told you what you heard, and how did you learn about it? People's words are not reliable.Even the Muslims you know don't exactly match what the book says,also Christian.

So if you think you really understand, try to solve it yourself. That's what I did.

I don't want people's prejudices to turn into holy wars, just as you may not want to see what Muslims call holy wars. Of course, none of them are right, I think so.

I can only tell you the truth I know, the same God, but only God knows whether the people who believe in him are really obedient to his words.

What you believe does not make you superior. The arrogant will be humble.

If I tell you that Buddhists sing sutras in front of Jesus, what do you think of this? When I heard their voice coming from heaven, I knew that Jesus was also there.

Jesus claims exclusivity over all other religions.. gods. He is the way.. not a way..

I was a New Ager.. I tried combining christianity with other philosophies.. but it's like shifting sands. Subjective truth.

God's truth is objective.. not subjective.

As to the buddhists singing sutras in front of Jesus.. you mean a statue of Jesus? Well that would fit with their beliefs.. as they tend to objectivity things.. make objects of worship that are inanimate.. God is not personal to them. Many buddhists are actually atheists and all their meditation is completely about self.

My friend is from Malaysia, a Muslim country and has told me about their ways. I have also researched a bit on what Muslims believe.

The central thing is the Christian God is triune. One God in three expressions/persons. The Muslim God is not. The Muslim God is related to the Hindu Moon God. The Muslim God has done nothing about paying the price for man's sin.

I know its politically correct at the moment to support muslims.. I am never going to kill a muslim and I may have friends from the sub-continent one day who are muslim, but to say the Muslims worship the same God is just not true. Not when taking the bible as is.

Allah may be just a name for the one God.. but in the context of Muslims.. it is NOT the God of christianity.

Anyway.. im off track.. I'll do further posts just about JC.

I mean that Jesus spoke to me from the kingdom of heaven, Then I heard Buddhists sing sutras in front of Jesus, right in front of Jesus, in the kingdom of heaven. I mean it literally. Heaven, not here. The people talk to me come from heaven. I can't see them, but can hear the voices.

Why do you read my words from the beginning as if I were a liar? I have no reason to cheat you, and I am not a paranoid.

If you want to know Muslims, you should try to read their book and forget all the things that others tell you about Muslims. It's like Christianity is divided into many sects, but we are based on the Bible.

You just need to understand and read a book by yourself. From my understanding, most people are basically blind. Although they read a book, they are blind. I don't need you to become a Muslim. You just need to read a book by yourself, as if you should really read the Bible by yourself, and fully understand the Bible with the help of yourself and the Holy Spirit, not through sects or someone.

Weeelll I do read the bible by myself.. I go to a bible baptist style of church where reading it in your own time is the main thing. I would like to get a decent book on what Muslims believe though. It would help me with evangelism.

You only need to read the Koran, but I do not recommend the English version of the Koran. The translation of that book is bad, I think so.

Why don't you have a prejudice against what I call Buddhism, but against the Koran?
I think this may be your problem or the view given by politics, but I hope you can correct your own problem.

I've already advised you. If you still keep your prejudice, I can't help it. Have you ever seen birds flying a beautiful circle of path in the sky where Muslims gather? Do you know how shocking and peaceful that scene is?

If you think that Satan can give you peaceful power, so be it.
