Hello and welcome to our fellowship. We are delighted to have you join us. Australia is a beautiful land!

Heron Island is one of my favorite places when we go or perhaps a sunset on a sheep/cattle station. I must admit the Outbackers live a rather rugged life but they have hearts of gold.

Did you climb Uluru before it was closed to the public?
PS: I do miss my vegemite.

I did a coastal trip, including the snowys.
So amazing. But never got to the great rock, the rock of ages cleft for me just got my full attention. 😌 Somehow we were raised on marmite. 😄

I still haven’t learnt how to say
“G’day mate” 🤣
For the Aussie accent, you turn your "A" sounds to "I."

For example: G'dye, mite.

It is the opposite in Canada, where we turn "I" sounds to "A."

Example: Turn rate here. Or, Whose turn is it to wape the dishes?

Some people learn foreign languages by watching old TV shows. Others get the Duolingo or Babble app, but this is free.
