The Bible predicted this would happen two thousand years ago. So, why are "Christians" Hoping it will change and voting for political leaders to change the course of biblical prophecy predicted two thousand years ago?

Blue laws are literally communism

Far from that. They were a way of life for many generations. Everyone could purchase what he wanted, no one was forced to worship or attend a particular church, and people went about their lives without a government minder.

Blue laws made it illegal to sell alcohol on sundays. In a free market any business should be allowed to sell any product any day of the week

As I said earlier, the blue laws were a way of life. As we were invaded by outsiders, and television, everything (good or bad) began to change. Today the county is no different than the rest of the world. Quoting John Wayne, "A way of life is gone. It was a good way".

It wasn't illegal to sell alcohol only on Sunday. I lived in a dry county. No legal sale of alcohol at all.

By your argument, I should be able sell drugs and sex on any corner on every day of the week.

False equivalency much?
Also, it varied depending on what county you live in but there was a time here in my county it was indeed illegal to sell alcohol on Sundays

I look forward to a new heaven and a new earth where we do have a sabbath rest and I pray that I would be able to enter into that sabbath rest that still remains.

I too look forward to that wondrous new heaven and new earth, but I also enjoy a sabbath rest every week. Not because I have to, but because I choose to.
