Just so I understand...God requires people to pay for sins that He has already paid for?
You don't understand. God requires people to have faith in Jesus Christ, the one who did pay for their sins.

Acts 16:
30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Joshua 24:15 KJV
…..choose you this day whom ye will serve; …..
It’s ultimately your choice.
Why someone is in hell is immaterial to whether God is just. If you don't want to answer the question that's OK. But the question isn't why people are in hell. The question is is God just in having people in hell for sins He has paid for? Honestly, I'm just asking a yes or no question.

The question is flawed, designed to make God appear unjust.

Jesus Christ died for the sins of everyone, the whole world. Because of the work of Christ, the offer of salvation is extended to anyone/everyone.

People have to respond.

Whether a person believes is immaterial to justice. The thing I'm asking is God just to have people in hell for sins He has paid for. It's a yes or a no question. If you don't care to answer I'm fine with that. But to say God's justice depends on men's choices is clearly not so. It is an immutable attribute of God. Thus, God will always be just no matter what anyone else does.
So please just answer yes or no or don't answer. But please don't tell me that God's justice is conditioned on man's response.

The question is designed to elicit truth. But if truth isn't what people already believe, then they don't seem willing to alter their beliefs to truth.
I personally could care less what the truth is either way. But I do find it difficult to understand how God is both just and has people paying for sins He has already paid for.
Others seem comfortable doing this. That's their call. But they should at least consider the argument about God, not people. And if they believe it is just, to just say so.

None, not one. You and brightflame continuing to parrot each other means nothing. Nothing has been refuted.
Jesus was God's chosen one, begotten upon Mary, to bring God's will to bear in delivery of the gospel that is the vehicle of his grace. Jesus was God. To everyone else he appeared as a man.

And yes, denial of Jesus ministry referring to the elect of God has been refuted.

The Bible refutes the argument made that insists Jesus did not mean what he said all through his ministry.

The New Testament refers often to God's chosen ones.

ESV Bible version.

Colossians 3:12, 1 Corinthians 1:27, 2 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Timothy 2:10, Titus 1:1, 1 Peter 1:1, 1 Peter 2:9, 1 Peter 5:13, Revelation 17:14

The church is God's chosen, elect, Ephesians 1:4

Insisting God is passively chosen by us and is not actively the one who chooses is in fact contrary to all passages that refer to the foreknowledge of God. Which of course we know is coincides with prophecy throughout the Bible.

1 Peter 1 is a great read. So is 1 Thessalonians 1

Acts 13
48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.

Everything from the beginning is as God willed and for his purpose.

Gentiles are the other sheep Jesus referred to and that he said he must bring into his fold.

I don't know how those of us who are the elected ones of God can insist it isn't true.

Maybe Cameron is of that belief of praying for the dead.

Isaiah 46 refutes the argument against God's elect. In fact that the identity of "elect of God" " exists in scripture, Old and New Testaments, refutes naysayers.

Everything in our life is God's will and purpose.

James 4:15

15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.”

1 Corinthians 1:27

But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong;

I could care less which is true. I didn't say I could care less about the truth. That's twice you have misrepresented me.

How? Being first of natural mind?
The way jesus said

Just like when the children of Israel were bitten by snakes, and were dead, because their was no cure. In faith Look up to the serpent Moses had risen, or do not believe and die, look up to Christ on the cross.

He who believes is not condemned, He who believes is condemned already.

You erred on that last part.

If all is as Jesus said, then there is no grounds for anyone to dismiss what he said about the elect of God.

God works all things after the council of his will.
He is the Potter. We are but clay.

I erred on the last part? You better tell that to Jesus

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should [c]not perish but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

I just repeated what Jesus said!

Truer words were never spoken.. :)
Notwithstanding that this is actually only true of one of us, I have always appreciated that our discourse has always been respectful.
