You ever give any thought to what will the 7th millennium be like? Will King David and Yeshua/Jesus be ruling together at the same time? Who are those called to be kings and priests? Will we still be preparing to be the bride? Or is there a Queen during this time? What will it be like with no war and all the weapons of war being burned? All I am saying is, question the traditions you hold dear and near. Which one's please the LORD? Which one's are grounded in the Word? Which one's are a mixture of truth and lies? Does it even matter to God?

Psalms 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
Paul speaks of 7 different laws. Can you name them? Can you separate them? Can you understand Paul correctly?
2Pe 3:15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
2Pe 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

It is impossible to discuss God but never let law into the conversation, for God is love and all of God's law is of love.
If you place yourself under the law, then you will automatically transgress the law. When you transgress the law, the the wrath of God is upon you.
Romans 4:15
For the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation.
So why would following the law carry such a penalty?
Simply because our righteousness is not derived from the law. Our righteousness is not due to how good we can be. We are not righteous because we are obedient.
Back to the start, Jesus is ground zero for our righteousness.
The Christian life is dominated by the Holy Spirit. Everyday, we rely on the Lord to guide us in all our behavior.
Trying to obey the written law is a work of the flesh.
Walking under the law is a constant reminder of your sin. That is what the law will give you. A conviction of your sin and the impending wrath of God.
Deuteronomy 11:27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:

Who doesn't want to be blessed? Keeping the commandments is not for salvation? But it is the fruit of salvation, a desire to please and to show the world at large whose you belong to.
This word is also used for the "traditions of the apostles" which are in fact the teachings of Christ. Paradosis means that which is handed down. Christ handed down His teachings to the apostles, and they in turn handed them down to faithful men. These teachings are NOT manmade but come from God.
Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. (2 Thess 2:15)
So Christians need to be able to distinguish between the two. Any thing contrary to the teachings of Christ would be manmade, or anything manufactured out of thin air.
I tend to agree. The days like Christmas and Easter are astronomical yearly occurrences. Solstice, and a lunar event, I actually can't remember the technical term but it's when the Moon is brightest in the sky for being at its closest to the Earth in its orbit. Now those are not man-made holidays strictly speaking, I've heard out the long boring evolutionary meditation lectures of the self-made capitalist culture too, but even in Artificial Intelligence high culture, so to speak, I have yet to come across anyone who thinks a brother created the Solar System.
It's probably true that too many people spend too much time arguing and debating over the exact days of the year a religious observance is supposed to be celebrated, besides those pagan culture folks who advertise strictly astronomical gatherings for music and an beer tent in the alternative music press.
Do you understand the difference between the two covenants?
The old covenant between Israel and God which was based on obedience to the law.
The new covenant that Jesus established in His own blood.
Luke 22:20
