Oh love, dear Magenta, I have been thinking about you as Lori faces her treatment. It looks to be only stage 2 breast cancer but it is the agressive kind. She has to have three different kinds of chemo meds, along with iron infusions as she is anemic. Yes, all go into a port that was surgically put in during her surgery. She has to sit at the hospital between 4-5 hours. This was her first round. She keeps going back for the rest of this year, then at some point the radiation. They did discover she has a spot on her lungs but they are hoping this will eradicate it. You individual who have to contend with the horrible C have to bear such a challenging struggle to say the least. I am in awe of you guys. They expect she will lose all her hair before her next treatment. I hope you are well now, precious Magenta.
