Does the Bible support the idea of a spinning ball earth flying through space, or is that a Satanic, Masonic lie?

Actually I think the posy I made further up the thread does a pretty good job of it. After I read his op the word firmament came to mind it has been at least a couple of years since I have heard that word so I decided to go with it the bible verse that I was brought to was in Genesis 1: 6-8 where the word is first spoken in scripture or in other translations dome or space enxapnsion all of them basically tying into the word firmament but it involves the arch of the heavens sphere or dome vaults of the hevaens ect.

The point being it seems to me God made it clear the earth has an arch in it's heavenly firmnent meaning it could not be flat or else there would be no arch it would not be referencing a dome or sphere
 
In all seriousness: it’s obvious the great delusion includes obsession with conspiracy. It serves to deepen the world’s distrust of the church.

Yea it seems more like the Bible is beginning us off with the basics of just living on earth first then afterwards learning about the heavens.

One thing just occurred to me:

If God indeed created the Earth to be flat, then how could mankind ever come up with the idea to make spherical objects? God could not endow man with any characteristics or attributes that He Himself doesn't already possess.

The "Airy's failure" experiment proved it's the stars that move, not the Earth.

The vast distance to the stars is a necessary assumption for the Heliocentric theory. It's not necessary for Flat Earth or the Geocentric theory, which both allow the stars to be much closer. This does away with all the conjecture about how starlight could travel so many millions of light years in one day, on day 4 of Genesis. Which belief fits the biblical account better?

The Michelson-Morley experiment demonstrated the Earth isn't moving, which also fits our experience. We never feel the Earth move.

If NASA really went to the moon, do you believe that it would have lost the technology? NASA has been lying for decades, and therefore all of its "evidence" is not going to convince anyone who is not easily swayed by lies or propaganda.
