you have to really take charge of your health when doctors arent giving you answers, like ask for advance testing, mri, ct scan, ask to be sent to specialiast, also you can consider eastern medicine, those doctors can also help guide you what might be wrong and you can bring it up to your actual doctor. Ask god to guide you and he will send you the right person that can show what illness you might have, god bless

As a person that's dealt with multiple health issues I know how scary it can be, and if you can't get a diagnosis I'm sure it's that much scarier. Hopefully you're able to get some answers soon.
Perhaps try different doctors, some doctors know things others don't and may be able to catch.
Also you could consider going to health forums and sharing what's going on. Sometimes that larger pool of knowledge and experiences can yield better results
Just avoid doing your own online research, as in searching medical sites using symptoms. That often leads to more stress and no more answers.

You are not alone. When we face challenges, our minds tend to go to the worse case scenario. It is worrisome because that is natural. Many share with your experience every day. My good friend's wife expressed the same thing a few weeks ago. They were both worried, went to the hospital and nothing conclusive. Even if there was some diagnostic that said this is the problem, there are no medicines that match our body's miraculously designed immune system. When that is functioning very well and elimination of toxins 2-3X/day, the body usually recovers well. That's an oversimplification for some, but a general principle for most.
That said, a most famous physician gave his Divinely inspired diagnosis that no hospital will agree with.
"43And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, 44Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched. 45And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 46And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
47And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. 48And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace."

I hope you are doing as good as my friend's wife is now. She went to many physicians, scans and blood tests, yet was no better regardless. They had no idea. Perhaps something was going around. Nobody knows but the Lord. 2+ Weeks later she was working outside in her garden, cleaning house and going on Bird Walks. Please Let me know if I can do anything besides pray as I did now.
