What is the justification for this?

Granted at the very least if Hunter Biden was working for Ukraine and other foreign countries he should have filed as a foreign agent, so there is that.

Also, the Biden's have about 20 shell companies they have formed, not proof of wrong doing, but certainly something to investigate.

Also, Biden has bank accounts in aliases where he has received money, again something that inquiring minds would like to understand.

Also, you can look at the houses he owns and there is no way to explain how he managed to do that on a congressman's and senator's salary.

Also, various family members including elementary school aged girls in the Biden family have received millions of dollars from foreign countries, certainly something to look into. So far they have discovered $20 million given to the Biden family from foreign countries.

Then of course we had that sweetheart deal to sweep all potential criminal liability of Hunter Biden under the carpet that even the judge was horrified by.

But in America you are presumed innocent until proven guilty (unless you are MAGA and you can be sure Joe Biden is not MAGA). So let's look at this inquiry as an opportunity for Joe Biden to clear his name.

I don't think anyone needs to worry about these subpoenas, they are only going after Joe Biden, though of course that could include all the Biden family since they all received money, and that in turn means Hunter's business partners will also get dragged in, of course the FBI who had this incriminating evidence, as well as the IRS and DOJ and AG will also probably get implicated in a cover up, but as long as no one flips and becomes a rat to save their skin it probably will go no further, even though there are some tough questions about Obama and Clinton. There are other questions about who censored these stories in the media, so it is possible there will be some blowback on these platforms and news services costing them billions of dollars. But as long as none of this can be tied to Epstein, human trafficking, and pedophilia you should be able to tie this off with less than 1,000 people going to prison. But that is the problem with these things, so hard to control where one thread leads to another thread.

He is a disgrace, a weak world leader, and an embarrassment to the USA> That said, impeaching him would have absolutely no effect in removing him from office. Even if successful and the senate votes to convict him you would then have Harris as president and that would be a greater disaster.

In regard to the 2024 election, the vote for the House to impeach is a losing issue.

Ineffective? I would argue that the US has been destroyed more effectively by the Biden regime than by any previous regime. If we are going to get all that you can expect those that do not want the rule of law to be reestablished, and don't want their corruption exposed, and don't want the deeper darked secrets exposed, that they will put up a very big fight.

If you are looking at serious prison time, let's say 5 years or more and you have never gone to prison before, no record of felonies before, well your life is about to be "ruined". The only way to get a better deal is to be a cooperating witness, and they will only be interested in you if you can offer up bigger fish or bigger crimes.

Honestly at this point I believe to only way this problem can possibly be remedied is for the people to unite and remove the cancer that has infected the whole system ourselves. Recent polls show that only a minority of Democrats think there is any validity to this impeachment inquiry. It will take as much as 90 days for the evidence to get out that will convince them.

One reason is that the "restrainer" has been working overtime to keep this information out of the main stream media. I understand that most of us view "the restrainer" as the Holy Spirit, but no one can deny that the CIA also operates as a "restrainer" to censor out information they don't want to be known just as the KGB and other intelligence agencies do around the world.

It's impossible in my way of thinking... we are, as a nation, too focused on avoiding stress and involvement. This is also what I expect: not an actual impeachment, but a "bringing to light" of many important things.
