can someone explain why do we christians say Jesus is God himself

basically, the Bible does call the WORD made flesh, from Old and New Covenants, the ARM of God.
in theory, God wants to do something tangible on Earth with His Creation, He does it with His ARM [and Right Hand always means POWER, not which side someone is necessarily standing on].
And how the Bible basically breaks down the person of Jesus [in the form of I AM TO BE and then I AM] as being like a "physical ARM" of God, even means that's 100% God. the ARM of God, is as much God, as the Spirit of God is, the same as the LOVE of God-Wisdom of God-Omnipresence of God-Omniscience of God-Omnipotence of God is still ALL GOD.
John 6 shows us something very valuable we many times overlook:

this is no typical human being, because, human beings don't : come down from heaven
Only God can come from HEAVEN and become human. not even Angels can do that.
and BEGOTTEN, is ADOPTION, like we have become ADOPTED/BEGOTTEN, by GOD, the moment we were covered in the Blood of Jesus.
Jesus, "came down from Heaven," and showed His very Own Human Creation how to be and become Adopted Heirs of GOD and how we are to properly ACT as representatives of GOD.
i actually love that most. God, wanted us to know how to properly behave, because many are Gentiles coming to the Fold [unlike the Jews already somewhat taught]. and God, only "trusted Himself" to teach us the Right Way. Plus, that Resurrection thing, can only be done the first time by GOD anyways. After He does it, it is now available to us who one day will also be Resurrected.

this is explaining that the prophets did not receive the revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ - Jesus Christ was never revealed to them

this was not revealed to them as knowledge and understanding they understood - this was kept secret, hidden from them,
they are a testimony that the Anointing / Christ was in them - they did not testify of the Son Of God, whom was born " Jesus The Anointing

Jesus is God. I prove it in my signature. However, you have not proven one must understand Jesus is God to be saved. Nothing you provided says that and when I was challenged on it long ago, I was unable to prove it also. One must believe Jesus is the Christ/Messiah, that he died and was resurrected but nothing about it being required that you understand he is God (God the Son).
