Yes Adam was lonely but he could have made a women from the dust itself but instead he made her from Adam. Think also of the sun and the moon, the moon is feminine is hebrew culture it reflects the sun in essense the moon shows it's light not from itself but from the sun.

Sex has fleshly urges and is for making offspring in heaven we would have no need for this as we are no longer flesh and do not need to produce offspring so having male and female in heaven is not about sex it is about the reason he made man and women to begin with it is to show that we were cut were from his cloth

Consider also this what about sleep? imagine you are given in your mansion a bed of royalty more than that even sheets and blankets and pillows so divinely soft cool to your skin as if your enveloped in his arms the absolute best sleep you can imagine so peaceful and wonderful, we wouldn't sleep because we need it we would sleep because it is for enjoying the blessing he has for us. Anything we eat drink sleep run everything we do here is a pale imitation to the real thing, we need all this to survive here but not so in heaven.

Not just jobs but serious responsibilities. You will not be obsessing about sex in Heaven. So it is time to get married, settle down, and change your focus.

"Sex has fleshly urges"....we will have bodies, eat and drink....all fleshly desires too. Sex isn't just about having children.

We will have physical bodies, able to eat, drink and work.

Than you have never read the Song of Solomon. There's a whole book about lovemaking between a man and a woman. When GOD said "The two shall become one flesh" that was BEFORE any mention of children.

I like to think there will be many pleasures in heaven. We know it won't be all about worshiping Jesus or GOD, We will eat and drink, have jobs and homes.

I am looking forward to all of those things for sure. First thing that I'm going to do is go to McDonald's, and then afterwards, go home and take a nap. When I wake up I will drink some coffee and plan out my future, especially my new career.

If you're going to use the idea of brothers and sisters in Christ, than Christians should never get married. That's incest. Marriage will not apply in heaven. You will not have a spouse in heaven. Marriage was to set restrictions for sex on EARTH. There will be male and females in heaven. What good are genitals in heaven if there is no sex?
