Coffee is nice in the morning. Whenever not getting any coffee from nobody is the very moment you realize that romance has left you alone.

If it is the man I love everything is romantic ♥️ I believe, it is who's with you at the moment and who does it for you.... ☺️ regardless of how small, how big or how fancy the gestures are, it is perfect and sweet because you love the person and he/she loves you also☺️

Here are some of the sweet gestures I appreciate and will enjoy/love to do and share with him ☺️

Having a coffee together, walking holding hands under the moonlight or street lights or even when we are just doing a normal walk , watching the sun sets, and riding on a motorcycle, bus, train or in a car at night with my man and a lot more other sweet gestures 😅 too many to mention lol

I believe that having someone beside you is a great gift from the Lord and taking care of your man or woman showing the person how you appreciate/love him/her is one way of showing how grateful u are for receiving a great gift from HIM🙏♥️ ☺️

It's always the little things that mean the most ❤️. And may the glory be to God for such a wonderful gift of allowing us to have a spouse if it be in his will for us.

I don't need a spouse, I have romance/mills and boons books in the library should I ever need romance in my life. Never read one though.

Another way to show love is to get up in the early morning to get ready for work to support your wife and family. That is called 5 o'clock in the morning courage.
There is always 5 o'clock in the evening, too.

This is true as it is 24/7/365 in a lot of workplaces.

I was hoping for your critique on the song in that you seem to be a bit of a music aficionado from what I have seen in some of your posts.

Well, speaking of work, it is time for me to go and make bricks for Pharaoh...

Sounds to me like a love song, with all the talk of the long-haired girl that makes the cares of the world go slipping away

I grew up in a home where music was almost always playing, and most of it was love-related.

That is definitely a big part of why I am currently a tender-hearted pile of mush living inside of a rough exterior.

More like,

"Long haired freaky people need not apply..."
Or, even though I start work earlier than this,

"Workin' 9 to 5, what a way to make a livin' '.
Of course, this is referring to a desk job in an office. Back in the day I used to have a desk job but that was in a manufacturing facility.

Now, I'm workin' at cleaning the lobby at the local McDonald's four days a week from 7AM - 3PM. Even semi-retired, still workin' tp make livin'.

I once had a worst job ever working 9-5 in windowless basement office doing keywording for americans. I only made enough to support ...nobody. I paid a third of the rates on the house while my brothers were earning ten times as much. I would be a useless provider.

Do not take me for a wife either because I am a terrible cook.

Burnt offerings for dinner!

No sunsets as I live in the valley where its dark most of the time, BUT when the moon is full provided it isnt a cloudy night, or rainy we can go outside for a walk.

Romantic?

Also, when crossing the street you might have to hold my hand so I dont get run over by passing cars.

Ooo, walks in the moonlight sound lovely! I live on a hill, so we see a lot of sunsets where we live (just gotta watch out for mosquitoes lol.)

Just having a day that feels normal would be romantic to me.

That does not sound like semi-retirement! Does sound like a thankless task, though...

Eh... Depends a lot on the store manager.

I'm at the grill every day, at a McDonald's down here in southwest Tennessee, and they sure appreciate it. At least they mention it a lot when I come back from a day off.

Same with Linda on prep. When she's off on Mondays we sure do feel it, and Tuesdays she hears about it. There might have been some comments about making her w*rk seven days a week. :p
