Psalm 15 is the Holy Spirit speaking to the Father and describing the Son.

Psalm 15
A Psalm by David.

(Spirit to Father about Son)

15:1 YHVH, Who shall dwell in Your sanctuary?
Who shall live on Your holy hill?
15:2 He Who walks blamelessly does what is right,
and speaks truth in His heart;

15:3 He Who doesn’t slander with His tongue,
nor does evil to His friend,
nor casts slurs against His fellow man;
15:4 In Whose eyes a vile man is despised,
but Who honors those who fear YHVH;
He Who keeps an oath even when it hurts,
and doesn’t change;

15:5 He Who doesn’t lend out His money for usury,
nor take a bribe against the innocent.
He Who does these things shall never be shaken.

The oath He refers to could be the oath in Psalm 119 where the Son takes an oath to keep His Father's righteous judgements(mispat). That would include being obedient to the law in offering His Life as a Sacrifice for our sins to save us. He did it and lived up to the Holy Spirit's description of Him in Psalm 15.

Psalm 119:106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep Thy righteous judgments.

Psalm 16 is the Son praying to the Father. It is quoted in the NT and attributed to Him.

Psalm 16
A Poem by David.

(Son to Father)

16:1 Preserve Me, 'El, for in You do I take refuge.
16:2 My soul, You have said to YHVH,
“You are My 'Adonay.
Apart from You I have no good thing.”

(Son about believers)

16:3 As for the holy who are in the earth,
they are the excellent ones in whom is all My delight.

(Son about wicked)

16:4 their sorrows shall be multiplied
who give gifts to another.
their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,
nor take their names on My lips.

(Son to and about Father)

16:5 YHVH assigned My portion and My cup.
You made My lot secure.

16:6 The lines have fallen to Me in pleasant places.
Yes, I have a good inheritance.
16:7 I will bless YHVH, Who has given Me counsel.
Yes, My heart instructs Me in the night seasons.

16:8 I have set YHVH always before Me.
Because He is at My right hand, I shall not be moved.
16:9 Therefore My heart is glad, and My tongue rejoices.
My body shall also dwell in safety.
16:10 For You will not leave My soul in Sheol,
neither will You allow Your faithful One
to see corruption.

16:11 You will show Me the path of life.
In Your presence is fullness of joy.
At Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

In verse 10 He says the Father will not leave His soul in Sheol nor let His body to see corruption. He knew He had to die to save us to be obedient to the law. He trusted His Father to raise Him to life again according to the Father's Love and Justice and Judgment and Righteousness and Mercy and the promise of Life in the Law to Him for giving His Life to save us. His "path of Life" was His obedience to the law which was shown to Him by His Father. He had to die according to the law to be raised again according to the promise.

What an incredible Psalm and prayer to the Father from the Son that reveals so much.

Well one thing is certain from His prayers in the Psalms and the Holy Spirit's testimony of Him in the Psalms, Yeshua is definitely Messiah. Only He could fulfill His very prayers as recorded in the Psalms. There can be no other explanation for what the Psalms reveal about Him and what He did to save us.

Just like the powers of darkness thought they had Him at the crucifixion by killing Him, they were gravely mistaken which led to His victory over death and our Salvation. Those who oppose Him today are also making a grave mistake that can never succeed and will only lead to His victory over evil and His enemies.

The only reasonable response to knowing He is the One praying in the Psalms is to seek repentance and mercy and believe on Him for forgiveness and Salvation.

That would be the Son

Psalm 15:2 He Who walks blamelessly does what is right,
and speaks truth in His heart;

Psalm 15:4b He Who keeps an oath even when it hurts,
and doesn’t change;

Psalm 119:106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep Thy righteous judgments.

16:10 For You will not leave My soul in Sheol,
neither will You allow Your faithful One
to see corruption.
16:11 You will show Me the path of life.
In Your presence is fullness of joy.
At Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

Psalm 1 starts with the Holy Spirit describing the Son.

Psalm 1

(Spirit about Son)

1:1 Blessed is the Man
Who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stand in the way of sinners,
nor sit in the seat of scoffers;
1:2 but His delight is in YHVH's law.
On His Torah He meditates day and night.
1:3 He will be like a Tree planted by the streams of water,
that brings forth Its fruit in Its season,
Whose leaf also does not wither.
Whatever He does shall prosper.
amen the gospel is foretold in the psalms

“And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:44-45‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, When his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭2:6-12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. “

“I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. “

“Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭3:21-22‬ ‭

“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. “

“The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:35‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, When his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”

He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:31-36‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The law and prophets including the psalms were constantly foretelling and promising the messiah would one day come every detail of the gospel from Jesus birth to his baptism , his ministry his betrayal by Judas his crucifixion his resurrection and ascention to the throne in heaven . The gospel is when those things were being fulfilled

That’s what Jesus is talking about here

“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:17-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

He had come to fulfill them so after he rose he explained

“These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. “

Now he could send the gospel forth to all the world because the law and prophets and psalms had come to a culmination regarding the messiahs arrival his birth in the flesh his baptism his ministry and powerful works his judgements manifest as he promised , his suffering and death on man’s behalf and his resurrection all as he foretold on the law prophets and psalms so now this would be preached

“Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, and said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And ye are witnesses of these things.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:45-48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Instead of preaching Moses and the law now we have Jesus and the gospel because he fulfilled those prophetic words concerning him in the first spans and law and prophets writings

Many of us have all He said in the Gospels in our memory and recognize it each time we hear it. Since we have not associated His prayers in the Psalms as being His, those words are not as clear in our memory. When you put it on a panel like this, it is very moving knowing it is Him speaking. He said much more on the cross and even in death, than is recorded in the Gospels, much of which would not have been audible since it was His prayers. To think that we can know those things He prayed to understand His heart and what He was going through is beyond imagination and such a gift. Thank you again.

Psalm 17 is the Son declaring His innocence in the first part. Then describing His suffering at the hands of the wicked and asking for deliverance.

Psalm 17
A Prayer by David.

(Son to Father)

17:1 Hear, YHVH, My righteous plea;
Give ear to My prayer,
that doesn’t go out of deceitful lips.
17:2 Let My sentence come forth from Your presence.
Let Your eyes look on uprightly.
17:3 You have proved My heart.
You have visited Me in the night.
You have tried Me, and found nothing.
I have resolved that My mouth shall not disobey.

17:4 As for the works of men, by the Word of Your lips,
I have kept Myself from the ways of the violent.
17:5 My steps have held fast to Your paths.
My feet have not slipped.

17:6 I have called on You, for You will answer Me, 'El.
Turn Your ear to Me.
Hear My speech.

17:7 Show Your marvelous mercy,
You Who save those who take refuge by Your right hand

from their enemies.
17:8 Keep Me as the Apple of Your eye.
Hide Me under the shadow of Your wings,

(Son to Father about His persecutors)

17:9 from the wicked who oppress Me,
My deadly enemies, who surround Me.
17:10 they close up their callous hearts.
With their mouth they speak proudly.
17:11 they have now surrounded Me in My steps.
they set their eyes to cast Me down to the earth.
17:12 he is like a lion that is greedy of his prey,
as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.

17:13 Arise, YHVH, confront him.
Cast him down.
Deliver My soul from the wicked by Your sword;
17:14 from men by Your hand, YHVH,
from men of the world, whose portion is in this life.

(Son about beleivers)

You fill the belly of Your cherished ones.
Your sons have plenty,
and they store up wealth for their children.

(Son to Father. Awaking from death?)

17:15 As for Me, I shall see Your Face in righteousness.
I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with seeing Your form.

doing Psalm 18 in parts.

Psalm 18

For the Chief Musician. By David the servant of YHVH,
who spoke to YHVH the words of this song in the day that
YHVH delivered him from the hand of all his enemies,
and from the hand of Saul. He said,

(Son to and about Father)

18:1 I love You, YHVH, My Strength.
18:2 YHVH is My Rock, My Fortress, and My Deliverer;
My 'El, My Rock, in Whom I take refuge;
My Shield, and the Horn of My salvation,
My High Tower.
18:3 I call on YHVH, Who is worthy to be praised;
and I am saved from My enemies.

(Son describes His suffering of death)

18:4 The cords of death surrounded Me.
The floods of ungodliness made Me afraid.
18:5 The cords of Sheol were around Me.
The snares of death came on Me.
18:6 In My distress I called on YHVH,
and cried to My 'Elohiym.
He heard My voice out of His temple.
My cry before Him came into His ears.

Psalm 18 part 2 describes the Father's presence and anger during the Son's crucifixion.

18:7 Then the earth shook and trembled.
The foundations also of the mountains
quaked and were shaken,
because He was angry.
18:8 Smoke went out of His nostrils.
Consuming fire came out of His mouth.
Coals were kindled by it.
18:9 He bowed the heavens also, and came down.
Thick darkness was under His feet.
18:10 He rode on a cherub, and flew.
Yes, He soared on the wings of the wind.
18:11 He made darkness His hiding place,
His pavilion around Him,
darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
18:12 At the brightness before Him His thick clouds passed,
hailstones and coals of fire.
18:13 YHVH also thundered in the sky.
The Most High ('Elyon) uttered His voice:
hailstones and coals of fire.
18:14 He sent out His arrows, and scattered them;
Yes, great lightning bolts, and routed them.
18:15 Then the channels of waters appeared.
The foundations of the world
were laid bare at Your rebuke, YHVH,
at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.

Psalm 18 part 3 the Son describes the Father saving Him from death.

(Son about Father saving Him)

18:16 He sent from on high.
He took Me.
He drew Me out of many waters.
18:17 He delivered Me from My strong enemy,
from those who hated Me;
for they were too mighty for Me.
18:18 They came on Me in the day of My calamity,
but YHVH was My Support.
18:19 He brought Me forth also into a large place.
He delivered Me, because He delighted in Me.

(Son about His righteousness before Father)

18:20 YHVH has rewarded Me
according to My righteousness.
According to the cleanness of My hands
has He recompensed Me.
18:21 For I have kept the ways of YHVH,
and have not wickedly departed from My 'Elohiym.
18:22 For all His ordinances were before Me.
I didn’t put away His statutes from Me.
18:23 I was also blameless with Him.
I kept Myself from My iniquity.
18:24 Therefore YHVH has rewarded Me
according to My righteousness,
according to the cleanness of My hands in His eyesight.

Psalm 18 part 4 the Son praises His Father and describes His ways

(Son to Father)

18:25 With the Faithful You will show Yourself merciful.
With the Perfect Man, You will show Yourself perfect.
18:26 With the Pure, You will show Yourself pure.
With the crooked You will show Yourself shrewd.
18:27 For You will save the afflicted people,
but the haughty eyes You will bring down.
18:28 For You will light My lamp, YHVH.
My 'Elohiym will light up My darkness.
18:29 For by You, I advance through a troop.
By My 'Elohiym, I leap over a wall.
18:30 As for 'El, His way is perfect.
The Word of YHVH is tried.
He is a Shield to all those who take refuge in Him.
18:31 For Who is 'Elowahh, except YHVH?
Who is a Rock, besides our 'Elohiym,
18:32 the 'El Who arms Me with strength,
and makes My way perfect?
18:33 He makes My feet like deer’s feet,
and sets Me on My high places.
18:34 He teaches My hands to war,
so that My arms bend a bow of bronze.
18:35 You have also given Me the shield of Your salvation.
Your right hand sustains Me.
Your gentleness has made Me great.

18:36 You have enlarged My steps under Me,
My feet have not slipped.

Psalm 18 part 5 the Son describes His eventual triumph over evil

(Son to Father about His triumph over evil)

18:37 I will pursue My enemies, and overtake them.
Neither will I turn again until they are consumed.
18:38 I will strike them through,
so that they will not be able to rise.
they shall fall under My feet.
18:39 For You have armed Me with strength to the battle.
You have subdued under Me those who rose up against Me.
18:40 You have also made My enemies turn their backs to Me,
that I might cut off those who hate Me.
18:41 they cried, but there was none to save;
even to YHVH, but He didn’t answer them.
18:42 Then I beat them small as the dust before the wind.
I cast them out as the mire of the streets.
18:43 You have delivered Me
from the strivings of the people.
You have made Me the Head of the nations.
A people whom I have not known shall serve Me.

18:44 As soon as they hear of Me they shall obey Me.
The foreigners shall submit themselves to Me.
18:45 The foreigners shall fade away,
and shall come trembling out of their close places.
18:46 YHVH lives; and blessed be My Rock.
Exalted be the 'Elohiym of My salvation,
18:47 even the 'El Who executes vengeance for Me,
and subdues peoples under Me.
18:48 He rescues Me from My enemies.
Yes, You lift Me up above those who rise up against Me.
You deliver Me from the violent man.
18:49 Therefore I will give thanks to You,
YHVH, among the nations,
and will sing praises to Your Name.
18:50 He gives great deliverance (Yĕshuw`ah)
to His King, and shows mercy to
His Anointed, (Mashiyach, Messiah)
to David (beloved) and to His seed, forevermore.

You are welcome! Thank you for inspiring, at least in part, my resolve to panel through the Psalms.
I do already have quite a few panels of the Psalms, some with multiple panels from the same Psalm.
Different verses being highlighted, of course... and as you may have noticed, I am going through them
now in chronological order, and designing a new one for the Psalm numbers I have no panel for as of yet.

Most of the backgrounds I am using for these new Psalm panels come from a photographer who has made
her images available to any who would like to use them for personal projects. She has them on Pixabay,
where for the last couple of years I have been finding a lot of content from various contributors to include
in my collages, mostly backgrounds and female faces. These content providers do not require people who
use what they provide to give credit to them for their contributions, but I will here, because I have been
going through her thirty seven pages of images (each page has about 60 images?) for maybe a couple of
weeks now, and saving quite a few of her images. I do make adjustments and add things to them in order
for the text to stand out more. Any who, her name is Jill Wellington: a portrait photographer in Michigan.

Sometimes I come across an image that the contributor requires credit for if you use, and I just skip over
such things (don't save for possible future use). Haha. I have way to much to try to keep track of as it is
without needing to know and cite who contributed which part of any panel. Templates folder: 2,776 files,
12 folders. Template Items: 1,720 files. BGs: 905 files. Frames and Borders: 2,196 files. Florals: 1,034 files.
Human Elements: 3,732 files. Saved Pictures: 3,013 files. That last folder has most of anything I have saved
since receiving this laptop as a Christmas gift from my daughter two years ago, except for human elements.

:D
