If You abide in Him You won't get cut off. Jesus showed us what we are to do. 10 If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love.
If you make the maintenance of your salvation, then Jesus is only the author of salvation and not the finisher.
John 15 isn't primarily concerned with the subject of salvation. It is a continuation of the previous chapter which has Jesus bringing comfort to the disciples. The disciples are bummed out because Jesus has told them He will be leaving. But He tells them it is better for them that He goes. Why? Because not only will they still be able to have fellowship with Him, but they can fellowship with Him and the Father.
Chapter 15 picks up on this theme, and tells them how this is possible.

I am not asking you if you just read it. I am asking you to read it again and yet do not read it with your OSAS lens or glasses on. Just let the text speak for itself and ask yourself the questions while you read it. Ask yourself while you read the text, and say,

Does this sound like James is talking about how to ‘get saved’ or does it sound like he is talking about how one is living out their faith”?

For example: How do you understand James when he says the following words?

”Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him” (James 1:12).

The way I understand this is not how to get saved but I see it as living out your faith. We have to endure temptation and resist sin when we are tried, whereby we will receive the crown of life (salvation) as the result. This truly shows we love God and not our own sin or selfish ways. One is only fooling themselves if they say they love God and or they are saved and yet they are still holding to the idea they can justify sin on some level. Jesus warned about how even looking upon a woman in lust can cause our whole body to be cast into hellfire bodily (Matthew 5:28-30). Jesus did not end the sermon on the Mount with Him teaching to just believe on the finished work of the cross. Jesus did not end his sermon about how we do not need to worry about all the sins He just mentioned that can destroy your soul in the afterlife. That was not the conclusion He made. Just read Matthew 5, 6, and 7.
Do you believe that Jesus Christ alone provided Salvation for you? Why have you been unable to answer such a simple question? If you are a Christian, your answer should be instantaneous!

Jesus said if we obey His commands we abide in His Love. When we abide in Him then we produce fruit. I can sense none of You are in the world producing fruit through Jesus. Hell is full because You think to love someone is a works. God have mercy on You.

Then don't do His commands because You won't be abiding in His love.
It's not a matter of doing works. That's a purpose in salvation...Ephesians 2:10. It's just not a condition for salvation...Ephesians 2:8-9. The order is important.

1 John 2:
3 And in this we know that we have known him, if we keep his commandments.

4 He that says: I have known him and keeps not his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him;

Matches John 15: 10 If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love

Obeying His commands is not works. It's what leads to doing works and producing fruit.
If your not saved, You will not produce fruit

If you are saved, You will produce fruit. Producing fruit is are than just obeyng commands..

We do not produce fruit to stay saved, we do it because we are saved

No it just proves my point

Someone who does not obey is a liar and has never been saved.. They can’t produce fruit..

He would have to set aside his believe system to answer you correctly and he knows it (even if he only knows it deep inside) he is hiding that fact

If 1 John 2 is correct, and it is, there's a lot of professing people in this thread that literally have no truth in them.

You are brainwashed if You think a command is works.
No

You were brainwashed and still are

A command is a work. If your doing it to stay saved.

It’s even a work if you are doing it when you are saved. Only then you will reap reward..

Like yourself? John 3 says a person who is born again can not live in sin. You say they can live in sin. Do we listen to you or John?

Why are you making Jesus commands same as Mosaic Law? Why? Because You don't want to do them?
No.

Because they are the law.

The law said we must be perfect.

You have failed are failing and will fail.

so you can;t be saved by following commands, you cant lose salvation because you fail to follow them. Your already guilty.. thats what the cross was for.

point to the cross. Not your self righteousnesd
