That is a false dichotomy. Aspects God's nature are fruits of the Spirit and God's law is His instructions for how to express aspects of the Spirit, so it is His instructions for how to walk in the Spirt, which is why Paul contrasted those who walk in the Spirit with those who have minds set on the flesh who are enemies of God who refuse to submit to God's law (Romans 8:4-7).
What is in our heart flows through our actions. In Proverbs 3:5-7, we have a choice between whether we are going to lean on our own understanding of right and wrong by doing what is right in our own eyes or whether we are going to trust in God with all of our heart to correctly divide between right and wrong through obeying His instructions in all of our ways and He will make our way straight. We can't trust God with all of our heart instead of trusting in His instructions. Do you trust in God with all of your heart to correctly divide between right and wrong through the Mosaic Law?
No. It clearly says they are without the law. This is your error. It is God who wills and does in the believer. Christ in us lives perfectly through the believer.
No one keeps the law through self endeavor. It is as we walk in the Spirit that we do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Jesus set us free. You bind men by telling them to keep a law they cannot keep. Being led by God, sin never comes up because God never leads us into sin.

At a first glance this crippled woman's healing appears to be another miraculous account of Jesus power and authority over sickness and death.
- However when reading this story a second time in context, this woman who was bent over for 18 years and was called "a daughter of Abraham” when she was healed by Jesus on the 7th day Sabbath (Luke 13:16),
- is a hidden prophecy for a remnant of unrighteous Israel who will be forgiven of their sins and called "the promised sons and daughters of Abraham” by faith in Christ at the end of the tribulation, when they will enter the Lord's 7th millennium Sabbath rest.
- 2 Peter 3:8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one (Sabbath) day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Gen 2:3 So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation (for six days).
Unrighteous Israel calls on Jesus for salvation and the forgiveness of their sins in the tribulation

Why is the Sabbath mentioned 5 times when this woman was healed?
The Sabbath that's mentioned 5 times in this story is a number that's symbolic for grace (5). And God's 7th day Sabbath of grace when this crippled woman was healed by Jesus, speaks of the 7th year of the tribulation in the 7th millennium when a spirit of grace will be poured out on Israel who is enslaved by their sin, when they will look upon their Messiah whom they have pierced and shall mourn for him, Luke 13:10, 14, 15, 16.- Zec 12:9-10 And on that day (of the Lord) I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. (10) "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn.
If people truly realized what God is offering in Christ, the law would never come up. God has made us partakers of the divine nature. The Spirit has taken up residence in us and Jesus has told us that both He and the Father will come and tabernacle with us. The very fellowship and communion that the Father, Son, and Spirit share is made available to us. And this is what we are encouraged to pursue. And as we spend time in the presence of God, we are made like Him.
You neglected to answer my question.
In Isaiah 51:7, the righteous are those on whose heart is the Mosaic Law, and in 1 John 3:7, everyone who is a doer of righteous works is righteous even as they are righteous. For God to be righteous means that He is a doer of righteous works and it would be contradictory for God to be righteous if He were not a doer of righteous works. God's law is His instructions for how to be doers of righteous works, not for how to become righteous. Instructions for how to be doers of righteousness are not made for the righteous who are already living in accordance with those instructions, but rather it is the unrighteous who need to be taught how to be doers of righteous works.
In Matthew 4:15-23, Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, which was a light to the Gentiles, and the Mosaic Law was how his audience knew what sin is (Romans 3:20), so repenting from our disobedience to it is a central part of the Gospel message. Furthermore, Jesus set a sinless example for us to follow of how to walk in obedience to the Mosaic Law and we are told to follow his example (1 Peter 2:21-22) and that those who are in Christ are obligated to walk in the same way he walked (1 John 2:6). In Titus 2:14, Jesus gave himself to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people of his own possession who are zealous for doing good works, so the way to believe in the sum of everything that Jesus accomplished through his ministry and through the cross is by becoming zealous for doing good works in obedience to the Mosaic Law (Acts 21:20) and the way to reject what he accomplished is by returning to the lawlessness that he gave himself to redeem us from.

In other words, Gentiles did not have Torah scrolls and needed to go through the Jews to have access to one, but if you own a copy of the Bible, then you have the law. Christ lived in obedience to the Mosaic Law, so that is the way that we also live when he is living in us. Someone that we do though self-endeavor does not involve relying on anyone else, so it is contradictory to think that it is self-endeavor to rely on God's instructions. The lusts of the flesh are all contrary to the Mosaic Law, so we do not live in disobedience to it when we are led by the Spirit.

In Romans 10:5-8, it references Deuteronomy 30:11-16 as the word of faith that we proclaim in regard to saying that the Mosaic Law is not too difficult for us to keep and that keeping it brings life and a blessing, but that is the word of faith that you deny. God leads us to do what is holy, righteous, and good by leading us to obey the Mosaic Law, which is the way that He saves us from not doing what is holy, righteous, and good.

There advantage was that they of all the peoples of the earth had a relationship with God. That's not true anymore. There is no longer any wall of separation. No difference between Jew or Greek.
And you aren't advocating for Christ or walking in the Spirit. You are advocating obedience. You are all backwards. Seek His kingdom and His RIGHTEOUSNESS. That doesn't come from us trying to keep the law. It comes from being in God's presence.

Do you think Jesus got up each day and practiced obeying commandments? Of course He didn't. He got up each day and communed with the Father and did what He saw the Father doing. The Hebrews word "yada" refers to intimate relational knowledge gained through experience, such as in Genesis 4:1, Adam knew (yada) Eve, she conceived, and gave birth to Cain. The Mosaic Covenant is often described in terms of being a marriage relationship between God and Israel, so the purpose of the Mosaic Law is to teach us how to have an intimate relationship with God through acting in accordance with His nature. So if people want to have an intimate relationship with God, then they need to follow the instructions that God has given for how to do that. Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, so repenting from our disobedience to the Mosaic Law is the way to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness. Christ is the exact image of God's nature and the fruits of the Spirit are aspects of God's nature, so by promoting expressing aspects of God's nature in obedience to God's laws for how to do that I am promoting Christ and walking in the Spirit. The Mosaic Law is God's instructions for how to commune with Him.

Of course shadows were before the law. Creation itself is a shadow of the re-creation to come. God specifically created as He did so that the invisible things of God are known through creation. Even the natural man is accountable to God because through creation and conscience He can know of God.

Because God took His time, around 4,000 years, to reveal Himself more fully doesn't mean He was not revealing Himself all along. He is a God of revelation. He desires to be known. The law itself is an aspect of His revelation, but it is hardly the greatest of His revelations. None are greater than Christ who is the very Creator of all things.

The same God who gave the law to Moses also sent Jesus in fulfillment of the promise to turn us from our wickedness in disobedience to it (Acts 3:25-26), so the there is no disagreement about the way that we should live.

Christ came to free us from ritual, and to move on in relationship. You don't understand this and haven't experienced it. That's why the law is more important to you than Christ. I hope one day you will come to know the preeminence of Christ and to know Him. I hope you will at least prayerfully consider what I have shared.
