A lot of people stood against this, but most did not. Now it's common to be pulled over at any whim to illegally search for and steal .
Some cities even have organized programs to steal high end cars from out of state.
Here's a case that was similar to the one you posted that went to court.

Yep that's why I've been speaking out about SB4 the last several pages(and other threads)... If it is given the okay to take effect it will extend the 100 mile zone(shown on maps in your video) out to the ENTIRE STATE... And this will also open the door for OTHER STATES TO PASS SIMILAR LAWS(so look close at what Judge David A . Ezra saying about it opening the door to other states)...

Also AJ in your video says it began during the Obama Admin. but it actually began after the Patriot Act and the creation of Homeland Security(which is over the CBP) so this began under Bush Jr., and went on during Obama,Trump, and even now under Biden's Admin.(I understand it is convenient to separate this on party lines but that's not true they BOTH DID IT and ARE DOING IT )... https://www.texastribune.org/2024/02/15/texas-immigration-law-sb4-border-court-hearing/

I was definitely against the Patriot act, even though I think Fox news was supporting it, except Napolitano.

So, the legislation the BP is citing in your video is making a blanket search under color of law so a specific individual judicial warrant is no longer necessary?

Yep you got it,,, in the 100 mile border zones they have the right to search,detain ect.

I'm thinking Biden has been real quiet about the border because he knows that not only was he a Senator who voted "yes" to the 1986 border bill but that Reagan approved it. Many of them are two faced rinos who have sold out America to the highest payer like prostitutes. I've not looked at that legislation yet, but see that you have.

As much as I appreciate many of the things Regan accomplished, he did surround himself with and appoint a lot of Rino's too. A couple exceptions were Catherine Austin Fritz and Ambassador Keys. They proved to be outside the deep state.

I will read the posts you discussed with others when I get time later. Would like to see that connection with BP instate with the illegals.

Well I'm not at the point of RINO this DINO that I have nothing against Reagan. The point is even if we examine HR2202 where the 1986 act/bill was amended it was a Republican named Lamar Smith who sponsored it https://www.congress.gov/member/lamar-smith/S000583 https://www.congress.gov/bill/104th-congress/house-bill/2202 and so it might get difficult to debate the border issue when all three bills were set together by Republicans(1986,HR2202 and HR2)...

It would probably be best to pass HR2 and for Trump to say "great job guys we stuck together since 1986 and FORCED BIDEN TO SHUT DOWN THE BORDER",,, instead of stopping it from being passed.

No I didn't think that at all but thanks. You have to bare in mind that when I was a young boy FDR was the POTUS so I've seen both the D's and the R's flip on near every position so guys like Trump and Biden both look like nut's from a third world country to me.

You should get your papers in order we will be pulling over Whites,Backs,Asian's,Middle easterners,Latinos,,,you name it because we must know who's who to be able to deport them all. If the US citizens loose a few rights so be it there's nothing we can do about it because every race of people's are crossing the border everyone must comply with our officers...

Well, I'm a citizen in good standing, good credit, no criminal history so I have no problem showing my "papers" which is just my driver's license which they can easily verify who I am.

It would be good to secure the boarder and then start deporting some people that are here illegally.

And, if they want to start putting Christians in prison that you know what that means right?

That means it's time to start a Prison Fellowship Ministry! 2thumbs-up.gif

In the page is an hyper link(highlighted in blue) which takes you to those requirements... https://www.dps.texas.gov/section/driver-license/identification-requirements The reason why is that even migrants here on work,school ect. visas can also obtain a Texas drivers license to permit them to drive while in the US.
