How are you preparing now for your future bride?

May the Father find you worthy to receive the blessing of loving one of His precious daughters.

The philosophy I live by is not identical, but it is definitely similar. I live my life as if there are no secrets. Then I don't have to worry about anybody finding my secrets, because I don't have any.

I don't have to worry about somebody overhearing what I say to somebody else at the job. I don't have to worry about somebody finding something of mine hidden around the house.

My phone doesn't have a password or PIN protect. There's nothing on it that I worry about somebody finding. If I lose my phone I won't panic because somebody else might get into it. My laptop doesn't go to screen lock after a few minutes of inactivity. The ultimate security is not having to care about security.

It's very liberating and peaceful.

And if I find a lady and marry her, I won't have to worry about her finding something I don't want her to know about me. There's nothing to find.

But but but Lynx...

If your lady doesn't find anything about you to fuss or complain about, you'll take all the fun out of her being your lady...

I'm just sayin... 😀

Well he could always leave beard trimmings on the sink. Not secretive at all, but sure to cause a fuss when she finds out 😜.

And leave the toilet seat up.

But there is that to consider...

He who finds a Wife finds a good thing...

And..

It is better to live in a corner of the housetop
than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife...

I think you've gotta find that happy medium. If your Wife becomes quarrelsome, perhaps you should remove your shirt and blow her a kiss. If this doesn't work, your problems could be deeper than you thought. Like I say, just something to consider.

That’s a wise approach.

It reminds me of a saying, “If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.”

This is something I've struggled with my whole life. When I was in high school, I was very shy... didn't really talk much to anyone except a few people at school and my family. So naturally, when I got a computer, I immediately took to creating online profiles and doing online dating. I was quite good at it and have had many great eFriends.
However, that's where it ended, I never met any of them in real life. However, it wasn't a waste of time. If you have good intentions, you can learn a lot about the opposite gender through online dating. Yet, I've also realized that online dating is never going to find me the woman I want to marry. The woman I want to marry would NEVER join an online dating app. Why? Other than FB Dating, they all charge money to use their service, to me... that is prostitution. And that's why it's a waste of time, they only want your money.
I highly recommend all men on here to delete your Tinder, OK Cupid, or Match profiles. Do not support a corrupt society. It is human trafficking.

Prostitution? Human trafficking? Bit of an overreaction?
No one's trafficking. No ones prostituting. These are people with free will using a legal service being provided to them for a fee. That's pretty much how everything works. Want a phone? Want the internet? Need your car repaired? Want groceries? Go to a service that will charge you a fee to use it. And guess what, all these people want is your money.
And I say this as someone that's not a fan of dating apps, myself. But have met women online. In fact my current gf I met on this site.
And I've met many people in real life that I first met online.
And I was able to meet my gf on here without actively seeking out anyone.

But I am curious why is it only men that should delete these apps?
Is it prostitution for a woman to be on one, but not a man?
What about couples that have successful relationships that met on online dating? Are they all just trafficked prostitutes that married?
Sounds like something deeper going on here.

First, howdy Phil and welcome to the forum.

Second, I think you're flat wrong. Calling dating sites prostitution is like calling rollerskates a motorcycle because they have wheels too.

I hated my uncle, and my uncle was a farmer. So I NEVER go to the local grocery store, because they sell stuff farmers grow, so I hate them.

I do hope you'll come back and tell us more about how you came to this conclusion. I'm genuinely interested.

Perhaps you are unaware that this site has a membership fee for people who want to sent private messages to each other?

There are a great number of people who have dated and even married by meeting people here...

* Do you therefore think this place is promoting human trafficking and prostitution as well?

* If yes, what is your purpose here, since it goes against your core beliefs?

* If no, what is the difference between this and other paid privilege sites?

Some people are not capable of having intimate relationships...and I'm not talking about physical intimacy here.

Sharing your thoughts in a very naked fashion with someone of the opposite sex and being accepting of their naked thoughts is impossible for a LOT of people. But that's marriage.

It's a prototype of our relationship with God. We will know his thoughts as He already knows ours.

And I can understand why some people can't do this. Fear, selfishness, and etc.
Granted it may be expressed in a different manner: sour grapes, no confidence, or lack of compatibility with disgust or sadness....but it's usually a symptom of a lack of modeling and a lack of the ability to extend grace and forgiveness.

Everyone dies alone...some more alone than others.

When I match with someone online, usually within the first hour the conversation will turn into a way for her to figure out how to take my money. I used to use a video dating app called Filter-Off. However, after I was solicited for a "real life date! ( OoOoO WOWWWW! ) from the app admin, requesting $1400 for a single date. This is human trafficking and they all do it. Some are more subtle than others. If this site costs money to send direct messages, that's pretty lame and borderline extortion of a religion.

The thing is, if men would see it for what it is, a way to hookup with women. the rest of us looking for marriage are getting screwed by the rest of the guys. And women won't admit it or talk about it, but usually they have several choices of who to sleep with at any time, so there is no reason for them to be honest and say they have 7 husbands like the woman at the well.

I get the sense that you have been hurt some in relationships and have some bitterness in your heart. While what you say may be true, dealing with your past hurts will go a long way towards healing so any future relationships can begin on solid ground.

lol, i'm not butt hurt cameron, i got laid in 2017 when i went on spring break. a REAL woman hanging around a hotel, i shared some food with her then i kissed her within 5 mins. So we went back to my room. i'm a sexual camel, i go for decades between girls. not playing these online friend games. i'll literally look at porn for the rest of my life before i do online dating again. anyways, Hiii everyone! I'm EvePhil. I'll be on the rest of the forums engaging in Christian dialogues. I have much to offer any woman, including spiritual knowledge of the Word of God. I'm born again, and have enough common sense to know that swiping right is NOT dating. Shopping at the mall is more real dating than being on the internet.

This forum is private property and doesn't owe the users one thing. If they want to charge for private messaging, that is their legal AND ethical right.

Spiritual knowlege with carnal practices.

One is a turn off for carnal women and the other is a turn off for christian women.

Well it's a good thing you're a camel then.

Wait... If you're a camel, why you still sucking on the porn cactus? Camels don't need quick fixes like that.
