Jesus wrote the Ten Commandments.

You're argument is with a much Higher Authority than I. Jesus taught them, kept them and told us to. Mat 5:17-30, Mat 19:17-19 Mat 15:3-15 Mark 7:7-13. God's people keep God's commandments through faith and love 1 John 5:3 John 14:15 Exo 20:6 Rom 3:31 Rev 14:12 which reconciles us Rev 22:14. Sin separates us Isa 59:12 Rev 22:15 Mat 5:19 Mat 7:21-23 Heb 10:26-30 The path we end up on is based on our choices Rom 6:16. Jesus said enter by the narrow gate, following the popular crowd is never a good idea Mat 15:3-14
God gave the Ten Commandments to moses for the children of Israel it’s thier covenant law

“And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭31:18‬ ‭

God gave the commandments to Moses for the children of Israel it is thier covenant law

“There was nothing in the ark save the two tables which Moses put therein at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.”
‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭5:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; ( the which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭31:31-32‬ ‭

But yeah those darn Ten Commandments written on stone and given to Moses for the children of Israel that haven’t been seen on earth in 2600 years it’s probably my important everyone look upon a stone tablet telling them don’t kill anyone that’ll save em

The law of Moses is not the Ten Commandments. Why it was placed outside the ark of the Covenant placed there as a witness against for breaking what was inside the Ten Commandments written personally by the finger of God that all man will be judged by. James 2:10-12 Mat 5:19-30 Ecc 12:13-14 Rev 22:14-15
Now you’re sidestepping.

God is Jesus.

1 Cor 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

Jesus did not come to destroy His own law, not a jot or tittle can pass. He wrote it, He spoke it, He taught it, He lived it as our example to follow 1 John 2:6 His law is perfect because He is perfect Psa 19:7. His commandments are righteous Psa 119:172 because He is righteous. His commandments are Truth Psa 119:105 because Jesus is Truth. John 14:6 Removing God’s law is essentially removing God- His character and image. We are to take on the image of Christ which is why Satan has been attacking God’s law from the beginning.

Yeah the fether and son are one …..and that doesn’t change that Moses was the mediator of the law from Sinai for Israel’s covenant

“And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death. And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, And rose up from Seir unto them; He shined forth from mount Paran, And he came with ten thousands of saints: From his right hand went a fiery law for them.

Moses commanded us a law, Even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob. And he was king in Jeshurun, When the heads of the people And the tribes of Israel were gathered together. ….They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, And Israel thy law: They shall put incense before thee, And whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭33:1-2, 4-5, 10‬ ‭

of course goes directly into blessing Israel’s tribes soecifically because it’s thier law for thier land from thier mediator Moses

No one is arguing that Moses was not the mediator between God and Israel. Moses was a type of Christ. It was never in debate.

Take care.

Focus on the topic. You said, "There is no scripture that says Jesus was born under the law of Moses. It’s best not to add what’s not there."

Now you're going off on a tangent instead of admitting that Jesus was, in fact, born under the Law of Moses.

Show me the verse that Jesus was born under the law of Moses without adding “Moses” to the scipture. Saying its there and showing its there are two different things.

As I said, you're being silly and splitting hairs. Was Jesus born under the Law or not? Is the Law generally referred to as the Law of Moses or not?

Numbers 31:21 Then Eleazar the priest said to the soldiers who had gone into battle, “This is what is required by the law that the Lord gave Moses: "

Deuteronomy 31:24 After Moses finished writing in a book the words of this law from beginning to end,

Deuteronomy 33:4 the law that Moses gave us, the possession of the assembly of Jacob.

Joshua 1:7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.

Joshua 8:31 He built it according to what is written in the Book of the Law of Moses—

Joshua 8:32 There, in the presence of the Israelites, Joshua wrote on stones a copy of the law of Moses.

Joshua 23:6 “Be very strong; be careful to obey all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, without turning aside to the right or to the left.

1 Kings 2:3 observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses.

2 Kings 14:6 Yet he did not put the children of the assassins to death, in accordance with what is written in the Book of the Law of Moses

2 Kings 23:25 Neither before nor after Josiah was there a king like him who turned to the Lord as he did—with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his strength, in accordance with all the Law of Moses.

2 Chronicles 23:18 Then Jehoiada placed the oversight of the temple of the Lord in the hands of the Levitical priests, to whom David had made assignments in the temple, to present the burnt offerings of the Lord as written in the Law of Moses

2 Chronicles 30:16 Then they took up their regular positions as prescribed in the Law of Moses the man of God.

2 Chronicles 34:14 Hilkiah the priest found the Book of the Law of the Lord that had been given through Moses.

Ezra 3:2 in accordance with what is written in the Law of Moses the man of God.

Ezra 7:6 He was a teacher well versed in the Law of Moses

Nehemiah 8:1 They told Ezra the teacher of the Law to bring out the Book of the Law of Moses, which the Lord had commanded for Israel.

Nehemiah 8:14 They found written in the Law, which the Lord had commanded through Moses

Daniel 9:11 “Therefore the curses and sworn judgments written in the Law of Moses, the servant of God, have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against you.

Daniel 9:13 Just as it is written in the Law of Moses

Malachi 4:4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel.

Luke 2:22 When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses

Luke 24:44 Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses

John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses

John 7:19 Has not Moses given you the law?

John 7:23 Now if a boy can be circumcised on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken,

John 8:5 In the Law Moses commanded us

Acts 13:39 Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses.

Acts 15:5 Then some of the believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, “The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to keep the law of Moses.”

Acts 15:21 For the law of Moses has been preached

Acts 28:23 He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus.

1 Corinthians 9:9 For it is written in the Law of Moses:

Hebrews 10:28 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.

Now, with all the Scripture that clearly identifies "the Law" as "the Law of Moses", do you really think you have any basis for your claim?

No one is arguing that Moses was not the mediator between God and Israel. Moses was a type of Christ. It was never in debate.

Take care.
That’s why it’s called the law of Moses because he mediated the law to the people of Israel’s tribes (jacobs blood children )

The law of Christ is what he said when he came Moses is not Jesus he is a figure a crude pattern of Jesus just like the law is a crude pattern of the gospel the ot is a crude pattern of the new the promised land of Israel a crude pattern of our promised land in heaven

the entire old covenant is complete it’s founded upon the Ten Commandments

The new covenant is not founded on Ten Commandments given from Mount Sinai to people without the holy spirit , without Christs sacrifice , without atonement or remission of sins , without Gods actual preisthood ect ect ect

the new is founded on the life ministry miracles teachings offering and death for the sins of all people it’s 100 percent complete we could never hear Moses name or see a single Ten Commandment and we would still be saved by hearing and believing the gospel Jesus sent to us for salvation

This isn’t for Christian’s it’s for who it said it’s for

These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭29:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

i don’t think you really believe that the Ten Commandments aren’t part of the covenant God made with israel from Mount Sinai I think your stuck because you don’t want to appear “ wrong “ but just incase

“And God spake all these words, saying, I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me….. ( he finishes e Ten Commandments )

And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.

And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. And the LORD said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven. Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭20:1-3, 18-19, 21-23‬

after this Moses went up to commune with God keep reading for just a moment

“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, ( God is commanding Moses to give them the law) saying, Verily my sabbaths ye ( to the children of Israel )shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you ( god and Israel according to Moses words only ) throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.

Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.( notice theres no chance to repent but a sure death sentance )

Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath,( not a commandment to gentiles boy to the children of Israel ) to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭31:12-18‬ ‭

you see it I know you do . You can’t seperate Moses law from the Ten Commandments God places it exclusively in the hands and of the authority of Moses soecifically as a covenant made with a particular people who were descendants of Abram the Hebrew

you really aren’t invited into th wt What of covenant but you don’t actually want to be either remember that everyone of that covenant died and those he made the covenant with never reached the land of promise but he destroyed everyone of them even Moses died before they reached the land

If the Ten Commandments could help man be right with God Jesus would never have been slain

You should migrate to this point

“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and focus on this word

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, ( Jesus the promised messiahs word ) and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If your trying to inherit Jerusalem in Israel your on the right track that covenant has its own inheritance but it’s how spoiled however but if you want the things Jesus promises in the gospel then you simply come to him like you don’t already know what God said and then just learn from Jesus . You don’t even neee to ever look at the law of Moses it’s a good thing to do mind you it helps understand the gospel but it’s not a requirement for anyone and it’s certainly and unequivocally not Christian law

If it doesn’t say “ the law of Moses “ each time it isnt talking about a different law Moses is the only giman that ever mediated the law given from sinsi it’s just an honor by God to Moses the mediator ….it’s just telling you who the chosen mediator of the law of Israel’s tribes was . If Aaron had been chosen to mediate it would be called the law of Aaron

😂you are becoming more entertaining m stetting to look forward to which dorection you’ll bend in to avoid scripture

The Ten Commandments is never called the law of Moses.

God called the unit of Ten “My commandments”. Exodus 20:6 and My covenant and after He wrote and spoke the Ten Commandments He added no more,

Deut 4:13 So He (God) declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

Exo 34:28 So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He (God) wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.

Deut 5:22 “These words the Lord spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, the cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and He added no more. And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me.

Why does one believe they know better than God. God’s Ten Commandments is a stand alone unit written by the Authority of God, not man. We should trust Him at His Word. Moses is not God. Moses was a servant of God, but was human, just like you and me.

All of that and not one scripture that says Jesus was born under the law of Moses. I am not saying Moses law doesn’t exist but people elevate Moses over God for some reason and never give credit to God on His own work that He 100% took credit for.

Exodus 32:16 Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets

Where in scripture did Jesus partake in the sacrificial system in the law of Moses.

Jesus fulfilled the sacrificial system Heb 10:1-22 without once partaking in any animal sacrifices as the blood of the animals always pointed forward to the blood of Christ as Jesus became our Sacrificial Lamb. The example Jesus lived and the law Jesus kept are all for our example to follow. 1 John 2:6 The teaching that we are not to follow the example of Jesus or keep the commandments He taught us to keep and told us not to break the least of and lived out as our example to follow, is not a teaching from scriptures.

Miss the point much? The sacrificial system was in place for sinners. Jesus, never having been committed a sin, had no personal need of a system designed to remit sin.

Did He not celebrate Passover? Was He not circumcised? Did He not keep the feast days?
