Besides physical ones you mean? Not really. The main differences in terms of behavior between men and women come mainly from the gender roles prescribed to them at birth. Most people tend to follow them pretty strictly, but there are a large number of people from both sexes who don't really fit into a pure gender binary. Many girls behave in ways that are "traditionally" called male, and vice versa.
Again, I'm not saying there is no difference between men and women, as that is not true. There are not only physical, but behavioral differeneces as well. However, I posit that most of these differences arise from the environment, while the biological effect is rather small in comparison.
