Dear NitzWalsh,
Again, an baseless, pointless ad hominem argument. Remember, I don't attack Strangelove or you. So your making comments about my character are rather besides the point. I don't stand in judgment of other people. Why are other people critciizing me? Why are you talking about the way I am acting when I did not say anything about how you are acting? Yes, it does matter how we all conduct ourselves and how we act and behave responsibly. But we're not permitted by God to stand in judgment of one another. I don't judge you, even as I would not want to be judged. Please, then, dear sir! Why not just ... Respond to my words and to my doctrines, and judge them according to the Scriptures, and see what the Scriptures really mean. Show that your way of reading the Scriptures is the same way the original Christians of the first 1000 years of the Church read them. There was only one undivided Church until 1054 AD. The schisms and heresies in the one undivided Church did not lead to widespread divisions; these ancient heresies and schisms were all combated and defeated. Can't you do better than to question me personally? Question my teachings, don't question me. I don't question you. I don't make comments about your maturity, or try to get inside your head and psychoanalyze you. I don't make ad hominem arguments. Unfortunately, you are failing to be objective, and are taking an illogical, ad hominem approach. If you can't respond to a man's teachings, you respond to the man, and instead of dealing with the strengths or weaknesses of a man's teachings and doctrines, you question the man himself, and so divert attention away from your own doctrines, which are also up for interpretation, and either agreement, partial agreement, or outright rejection, depending on the nature and character of your doctrines/teachings. Whatever does not agree with the sound doctrines of all of the OT and NT Scriptures should be rejected (ejected) as non-Christian. God bless you. In Erie PA Scott R. Harrington August 2011 AD
