Another thought, where is the Deuteronomy 22:5 crowd on this?
A woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment; for whosoever doeth these things is an abomination unto Jehovah thy God.
Yes, I know clothes aren't really the point of this passage, but seems like women are given carte-blanch to violate the gender binary in more ways than just apparel, but boy if a man so much as deviates from 19th century norms, he gets the book thrown at him. Seems this incident is a perfect example of why it matters.
