Here is an article about Biden's decision to step down containing his letter. According to this he will address the nation later this week about his recent decision to step down as nominee as well as to see if he will step down also as President and thereby make the Kamala Harris the incumbent or if the Democrats will risk disqualifying themselves by trying to have their cake and eat it too by keeping him as sitting President as indicated in his letter, but also trying to appoint a new nominee.

Well the argument would be that if he is no longer the President that Kamala could assume his votes by being the incumbent and the argument would be that the people voted for the incumbent to be the President. This would be the best case scenario for them, but it still looks very bad politically since obviously the idea is the people voted for Biden to be the nominee over say Marianne Williamson after being convinced over and over that he was going to stay in the race and that he was strong and well and suited to be the nominee and the President.

He said that picking Kamala Harris as his VP was the best decision he ever made, which conversely means that every other decision he made whether Afghanistan or about Nord Stream, or gas pipelines in the US, or Ukraine, etc. He admits that every other decision he ever made, including marrying Jill, was worse than the decision to pick Kamala Harris!
No, I am suggesting some college interns wrote it for him and that they actually might not be too wrong about that being his best decision in light of all his other decisions. Though I guess one could argue that Biden has only ever been a puppet so perhaps all his poor decisions are not really even his decisions.
