I drink coffee from time to time but I can take it or leave it. But, If I don't go for a walk I'm pretty much lost for the rest of the day. Have to get the blood flowing !!!
That sounds like somebody I used to know long, long ago in a chat room far, far away. He would walk to the local Wawa every morning and buy one banana.
"Why not just buy a few bananas while you're there?"
"Then I wouldn't have an excuse to go for a walk tomorrow."
