Can any of the elect offer some sincere glimmer of hope to the non-chosen around them? Any passage or bit of advice to those who are not called? Must they simply accept their fate in the hereafter? I can think of a few but would like to hear from those who know they are of the elect.

How does one know whether or not they are of the elect?
That's a good question... Jesus said He would draw all men to Himself. He also said, "Everyone
the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never drive away."

Us Gentiles were once “not chosen” yet, God has shined His Light to the Gentiles!

We are in the time of GRACE…. whosoever will… Come!

Acts 17:26-27 ~ From one man He made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands. God intended that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. :)

In my experience showing the love of Jesus towards non-believers, is a good start. I've heard of many being converted by those inviting them over for dinner and a good conversation, usually more than once. Col 3;12-14, (Mags put a male in this collage🙏😂if possible)
“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.”

A fair question but the OP is directed at those who presume to be of the chosen elect.

Is this not enough? For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (1 Tim 2:3,4)

The OP is not about "non-believers" but the non-elect. IOW, those who God chose not to be given the ability to believe in Him.

What words of hope, if any can be given to them?
I've heard of many being converted by those inviting them over for dinner and a good conversation, usually more than once.
Inviting people over for dinner is great but what if they are not pre-selected for salvation? What words of encouragement, if any, can you as a chosen one (elect) give to them?
“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.”
These verses apply only to the "chosen people" not the non-chosen people.

The OP is directed toward those who believe in unconditional election and who presume to be of that elect.

Your choice of scripture implies you do not accept this belief.

We are all the elect but not in that sense.

There are no words of hope that can be expressed. Hope is similar to faith which is a belief in the evidence not yet seen.

Hope may not be the best choice of words.

How about "chance"? Is there any chance of salvation for those not preselected ahead of time?

If there is such a thing as prelection then everyone, based on God's will that none shall perish, is preselected. If God does preselect some and excludes others, than my counsel to those not selected is to 'eat, drink, and be merry because tomorrow you will die. Any such preselection by God precludes any such chance for those not selected. It is indeed a hopeless situation.
