Hey Everyone!

Across several threads, we've seemed to be slowly amassing a list of foods that some (unnamed) people seem to believe are deserving of a place of eternal isolation and shame.

Here's a list of the most commonly mentioned Food Farces we have seen so far:

1. Miracle Whip
2. Grape nuts
3. Decaf coffee
4. Margarine

And, the biggest culture clashing, riot-inducing suggestion yet  - Vegemite! (To all our Aussie friends -- I did not suggest this, I just had to record it as a candidate nomination made by the people!)

View attachment 267790

Please don't be offended if one of your beloved favorites is on the list! For instance:

* I happen to like Miracle Whip as part of tuna salad.

* Margarine might have a place for those allergic to dairy or for anyone not liking the richness of butter.

* Decaf coffee is helpful to those of us with caffeine sensitivities.

* Grape Nuts apparently doubles as kitty litter (not to mention, Mittens will get plenty of fiber!) 🐈

* Vegemite... Well, we're working on that one!

What about YOU?

* What foods do YOU want to see included on The Very Controversial List of Foods That Belong in the Lake of Fire?

* And what foods are already on the list that you want to defend? (And why?)
Definitively coconut water. At least whatever that brand was that we bought at Costco because it was cheaper. Lemons I can eat, but I can't help having an extremely distorted face when sipping the stuff. I once heard a Hispanic woman say that when she moved to Canada, the first time she ate a pickle she rebuked it. That's sort of how I feel about coconut water.

Vegemite is the leftover from making beer the american vegemite would be protein shake whey which is the leftover from cheese and yogurt production or molasses.

Carrie, did you know american sugar is primarily made from sugar beets?

Brussels sprouts. I won't eat them in this life nor will I eat them at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Just an FYI, overcooked Brussels' sprouts become bitter and definitely belong on this list. That was my first experience of them when someone brought them to Thanksgiving as a kid. But properly prepared they can actually be quite good. The ones at a nearby restaurant are one of the few vegetables that the picky eater in my household actually enjoys.

See previous post.
A coconut oil with a pinch of turmeric root mixed in is best. It should not be heated to smoking. The turmeric helps knock down oxidation a notch.
Dr Wallach recommends tallow and butter, but butter has the lowest heat range. It's good for quick cooking mushrooms, green beans, eggs and crushed garlic.
Avoid Crisco, oleo, margarine, microwave popcorn and everything else with hydrogenated oils.
Coconut oil has been shown to raise cholesterol levels.

Oddly enough despite my feeling of coffee being Satan's urine, I actually enjoy the smell of it, both before its made and when it's being made. Plus a bit of nostalgia as my dad drank black coffee every morning, even into his 90s.
It is strange to me that so many people like the smell of coffee because when I have a headache, I particularly can't bear it. Therefore I'm not to fond of it even when I'm well.

Of course I am also repulsed by food coloring for basically the same reason. Until God healed me I got migraines from food additives such as artificial food dyes. To this day I just see a bunch of toxic chemicals whenever they try to sell brightly colored baked goods, or Gatorade, or whatever. However, I'm not sure why anyone would want to eat food laced with coal tar anyway. All those colors are like thinking it cool to eat radioactive food because it glows.

And then there are the artificial sweeteners that give my cousin seizures. Therefore, I'm going to add artificial food additives of all kinds to the list. I suspect God is even in agreement on this one.

I want cholesterol as high as is possible as long as it's not reacting to homocysteine. The brain is made largely of cholesterol. Sterols as in cholesterol are the foundation for hormones. I like to keep my hormone levels up. MDs just keep Rx ing harmful drugs to give their victims aka patients dementia and over a dozen other deadly diseases. Drs loooove 💘 statin$ . They get big bucks for slowly killing patients with pharma pushed statins. The sorry excuses for men who treated my parents, prescribed stations. I took them off those deadly worthless drugs.

Tomorrow I might just eat liver to boost my cholesterol. If I can mow the lawn, my skin will be able to make D3 to get me out of depression and boost the immune system. That is forbidden by the local hospitals. 🤔 Patients aren't allowed outside. I wonder why? Prisons will even let the prisoners out every day.

Im frankly worried. My work forced me to take the covid shot. Ive mostly become vegan again but im still worried. The shot causes coagulation in the arteries we dont need no more cholesterol.

Damn!
I'm sorry to hear that. What kind of job is so important to cost your life? What kind of people am I working for who would harm me to keep it? That's equivalent to giving up a kidney or undergoing radical surgery to keep the job. These are questions we should ask ourselves when wicked or stupid people tell us to do something. There are religious exemption letters available and I can provide you one IF you want it. They are always going to push more deadly boosters or whatever they want to scare employees with.
There's more than enough information available in the thread "Covid CANCER Shot". You and your family should read it and listen to the videos I posted. They will strengthen your resolve and help save your lives.

What does cholesterol have to do with the lethal injection?

Whenever I use sugar, I use organic sugar cane. When it comes to beets, it's mostly pickled beets that I don't like.

All this talk of vegemite has got my curiosity peaked. Imma go order some right now. No joke! I will report back after it arrives in a few days and I've tried it.

I read that we don't have anything equivalent to Vegemite here. Someone commented that they tried Vegemite one time and almost died. Well, I've been needing some adventure in my life!

Black Jellybeans look like they are meant for the lake of fire.
Given that black licorice (bean family) is considered to be helpful in treating gastric ulcers, polycystic ovary syndrome and sore throats among other maladies but too much can lead to hypertension and low potassium levels that can lead to dangerous heart arrhythmias, fluid retention, and congestive heart failure (Kate Kershner "Another Strike Against the Black Jelly Bean" 27 April 2017. HowStuffWorks.com. <https://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/food-nutrition/facts/another-strike-black-jelly-bean.htm> 28 September 2024).

On the other hand, Myrrhis odorata, commonly known as Sweet Cicely, Garden Myrrh, or Chervil (celery family) has a more softened licorice flavor and tastes great stir fried with some steak and a bit of Thai flair.

Celery. Disgusting

Vegemite is just fine. It's basically the same flavour as England's Marmite. This is true: when I was very young, I was suffering mild malnutrition because I refused to eat. In desperation, my mother tried a slice of bread with Marmite on it. I was hooked. For some time, she put Marmite on almost everything until the phase passed and I started eating normally.

Does anybody understand what a JOKE is?

This thread was started in a bantering tone. Your preaching is ruining seoulsearch's nice, fun thread.

There are plenty of other threads where you can rant (and definitely have ranted) about all the evils that surround us, that we should be deathly afraid of every day.

If you can't appreciate a joke thread, could you at least leave it alone so the rest of us can have some fun?

Actually they used to all be bitter, all the time. What we eat these days is a different cultivar they found that is not as bitter.

But even when I was a kid and all Brussels sprouts were bitter, I still liked them. They were... Hmm, how to put this... They were bitter in a way that my body said "Yeah, this is exactly what I need. Thank you." Not sure if I put that clearly.

It is strange to me that so many people like the smell of coffee because when I have a headache, I particularly can't bear it. Therefore I'm not to fond of it even when I'm well.

ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER, thank you! I forgot about this one! Yes, all artificial sweeteners need to be consigned to the deepest level of hell, assuming Dante was somehow correct and hell actually has levels.

And I speak as one who will probably need stevia or inulin one day. Diabetes doesn't just run in my family, it walks through slowly, making friends with everyone along the way. I try to be careful with how much sugar I eat in a given day, but I still have a good chance of needing artificial "sweetener" some day.

But until then, it belongs in hell with boiled okra.
