What do you talk about? Where is this held? How often? How many people? What do you share? I'm sure every one's experiences will be different.
But I'm curious, so please share.

I have participated in several such groups over the decades. Typically we read and discuss a passage of Scripture, share some food, and pray together. Some groups add singing. Most include simple unguided fellowship.

We should do virtual small groups, for members here on CC. It could be audio only or if you feel comfortable video like on Zoom.
Just a thought

Since there is again a “live chat” forum on CC, that’s a possibility, at least for those with the time and inclination.

I don’t know if you got the message by RoboOp on here but after you mentioned this yesterday CC reached out to all members I believe and asked if they wanted to get into Bible studies today or this weekend. All you would tell them is the time you are available around. It’s crazy how you just mentioned it and today they are making it happen. God’s hand on you brother or what?! Lol

Been going to groups/church meetings usually weekly. Usually talk about issues we may need to pray about, what's going on in life in general.

I don't share heaps in groups as i don't talk a lot in them but almost always leave having heard something valuable.

Meeting at Church seems good, but meeting at someone's home would take some getting use to.
Thanks for sharing.
