Let's use scripture to figure this out.
Luke 12-13 is good for this.

Lost sheep
Lost coin
Intentional sin
Unforgiveness and judgementalism.

This list in order of severity parallel this categorization.

Sin of ignorance
Sin of careless omittance
Planned sins (knew but did it anyway)
Unforgiving is the worst of the worst.

These are more severe as you get to the bottom of the list because they are harder to repent from and therefore more difficult for God to forgive. And the shrewd manager was incapable of completely forgiving anybody but he forgave equally, across the board, everyone he possibly could.

Well, saying “all” makes it necessary to specify who “we” includes.

Well, it is problematic to say that someone who does not regret being guilty satisfies God’s requirement for forgiveness.

In the Greek original it states to have (past Tense) to have already forgiven you all your sins, done for us all on that cross
Read 1 John 2 the next Chapter to see it in truth
I do, not by my doing, by God's doing in Son for me, it is done to be able to now do in love to all, the love that has no Law against it at all
Son Won for us to make us one with Father and Son forever in thanksgiving and praise, wow woe is me as in. Isaiah 6:1-7 states to me at least, thank you for the insight you just shared

God did it once for us all

The sacrifices under the old system were repeated again and again, year after year, but even so they could never save those who lived under their rules. If they could have, one offering would have been enough; the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all and their feeling of guilt would be gone.
But just the opposite happened: those yearly sacrifices reminded them of their disobedience and guilt instead of relieving their minds. For it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats really to take away sins.[a]
That is why Christ said as he came into the world, “O God, the blood of bulls and goats cannot satisfy you, so you have made ready this body of mine for me to lay as a sacrifice upon your altar. You were not satisfied with the animal sacrifices, slain and burnt before you as offerings for sin. Then I said, ‘See, I have come to do your will, to lay down my life, just as the Scriptures said that I would.’”

Therefore God by Son did what was needed to be done, once for everyone to now choose to beehive god in it or not 100% no doubting can ever get anyone rested in trust to God , seeing ??Jesus as risen for them too

You cite Hebrews 10:10 but neglect to note that 10:19 indicates than “we” refers to brethren in Christ and that 10:26-27 says “we” does NOT include those who claim to be Christians but deliberately persevere in sinning.
