Actually God does change in the ways he deals with his people. For example circumcision is a thing of the past, don;t you agree?
No. where does it say circumcision is a thing of the past?

The only thing Paul was teaching is circumcision was never kept as a means to salvation. Thats what the Jews were teaching and what he was correcting. Circumcision is very much not a thing of the past, it has huge health benefits that is still practiced today.

God's character does not change and His law He wrote is a reflection of His character. Holy, good, righteous, perfect, just etc.

Paul said circumcision is nothing, yet it was a commandment in the law and a covenant with Abraham. So Paul calling a commandment of God nothing indicates there are new commandments

Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God. 1 Corinthians 7:19
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Galatians 5:6
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. Galatians 6:15

Circumcision predated the law. It was so important that a soul would be cut off from Israel if it wasn;t done.

And again you're trying to gaslight the audience by saying the pharisees were only concerned with gentile believers becoming circumcised to be saved. The text clearly states that they said gentiles had to observe the law to be saved.

Oh my goodness what a redirect

Prove it went away in scripture. Never was that taught, it was not a means to salvation, that's the only thing Paul taught.

He said get it, don't get it either way is okay, but keeping the commandments of God, is what matters

1 Cor 7:19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.

Paul saying something is nothing in regards to salvation that formally was the sign of being in covenant with God tells me it went away as something to be concerned about, Formally a key commandment, now ignore it if you want to. Sounds like something changed in God;s dealings with men

Physical circumcision was never a means to salvation OT or NT. It was about circumcising the heart- cutting off flesh-sin and being married to Christ, those in Christ keep His commandments through love and faith 1 John 5:3 Rev 14:12 why Paul said what matters is keeping the commandments of God. 1 Cor 7:19 but physical circumcision has many health benefit to this day.

You don’ have to agree, thats ok, all gets sorted out soon enough.

Oh yes it was

And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant. Genesis 17:14
No one has been saved by having their penis skin removed. Which means one can save themselves. Everyone is saved by grace through faith. In the OT it was faith looking forward to the Cross, in the NT it was faith looking back at the Cross. All people are only saved by by the blood of Jesus by grace through faith.

Any Israelite who didn't get a chop job was cut off from Israel and had no access to the sacrificial system to cover his sins. In other words he was cut off from God and would perish. No one knew about the cross back then

The promise of Jesus was in Genesis right after the fall of man.Gen 3:15. Jesus spoke through His Prophets so, yes, they did know. Many rebelled though, just like today.

Scripture says there is only one gospel, not two. Not two ways to be saved, just one. Through the blood of Jesus by faith. Eph 2:8

No they didn't. Where so you get these things?

Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: Romans 16:25-26

Jesus was not kept secret, read the OT starting with Gen 3:15 I’m short for time, but I will provide many quotes that say otherwise, you have a misunderstanding of what Paul is saying here. There are many mysteries in the Bible, but God’s people knew of the coming Messiah

It was there, but hidden in mystery until the spirit was given to be able to understand. They knew a messiah was coming, but they didn;t know he would die on a cross.

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the rulers of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 1 Corinthians 2:7-8

Is it quitting time at the Seventh Day Adventist recruiting office? OK well have a good night.
I have never tried to recruit anyone here to SDA. I like to discuss scripture and biblical Truth. Jesus commissioned us to teach each other the commandments as we need to repent for the Kingdom is at hand because our time is drawing near. I am going to forgo all the accusations in your posts towards me as more spiritual growth needed. Hope you have a nice night too.
