Always! And don't stop there, pray without ceasing, keep a conversation between you and the Father in Jesus name, He only did what He saw the Father do, He only said what He the Father say.

I start the new day with a looooong drink of water. I'm afraid anything I said to God wouldn't make much sense until I did that.
