Myself, I would have simply told the truth and said I have no idea what number you have in your head or how many angels can fit on the head of a needle (though I've sure read a lot of answers from people who tried to answer that question).

Jesus wouldn't have done that. But then Jesus wouldn't have asked the question I did either because He would have known the right answer to it.

Did God tell you that? No. Are you clarivoyant? No. So you took a negative view (instead of a postive option) and have become a negative person acting out negatively even after a reasonable and true explaination (I was curious to see how you would answer a question that nobody could honestly answer) was provided you.

Why would God create so many people, knowing beforehand that the vast majority of them would end up burning in anguish forever (trillions upon trillions of years…ad infinitum) in torture and agony in hell?

Stop! Ok, so you are gonna say that Jesus Christ Almighty Lord in Heaven and Earth is responsible for all the children born on the planet. So He is involved in everyone getting busy all the time.
