The bible never says they will as a nation so they haven't converted to Christ, nor has Islam or Buddhism.

You are wrongly defining work only as something one doesn't enjoy doing but work is anything one does, even if they love doing it. A mother feeding her baby is work! It's a great work.

Logically speaking, if the book of Revelation isn't mostly literal, then how could anyone understand when its being fulfilled?
