Nothing can be added or removed from what God commands (Deut. 4:2; 12:32), but did you notice that Deuteronomy 18:15 extends the law of Moses to everything that God's prophet says?

The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him. (Deut. 18:15 NIV)

I guess this could mean everything that God's prophets spoke in the rest of the Old Testament, but especially what Jesus said. So when the rich young ruler wanted to keep all of the commandments, this might be the one thing that he lacked: he needed to do whatever Jesus commanded. (Though maybe "love your neighbour as yourself" may have been his problem too, but Scripture does not say that explicitly)

Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” (Mark 10:21 NIV)
Great post.
God's law makes us to love God and our fellow humans as ourselves.

If you think in terms of Protestant Churches which Churches do you think about?

Baptist, Wesleyan, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Methodist?
There is a huge difference between those churches with regards to what they believe

Hey ~ don't answer. I won't loose sleep.

Those Churches proclaim to be Protestant even with the vast differences. Out of the ones listed which ones do not qualify in your opinion?

I asked you a simple question a few days back. You never answered and now it seems you are playing some kind of musical chairs church edition.

Not interested in your rabbit trail and also going to remember you have tried to avoid answering a simple question like so many do when they are uncomfortable answering something, by filling in the blanks with blah blah blah. You did not have to respond but choosing to create 'avoidance at all costs' type posts is an answer just the same.

I did confirm a Protestant Church that I attend but you made it seem that was not possible. So I went about seeing what qualifies as a Protestant Church to you before I would reveal the Church I am a part of. But it's all good seeing that from word GO you determined it to be impossible that my Church was Protestant.

This is a fictional account and nonsense. The pertinent question is if you have accepted the fact that Christ died for you because you have no righteousness of your own and neither does anyone else. You can let us know. Anyone can accept Christ, protestant or not.
